I found Gem on Gumtree and reached out to him in the afternoon after our previous contact had disappointed us. He came through even though it was late and fixed our washing machine very well and gave tips on how best to avoid a repeat scenario and a warranty. It was a very great job and he is a kind person too. 100% recommend
