Terrible customer services, sent several emails regarding a watch my husband bought for as a Christmas gift within 2 wks the little dial fell off. Sent 2 emails no reply. By April strap totally faded, still no reply from this Co.. Looks more like £5 then a £69 watch. Save your money & purchase from a Co who put customer services top of their list.

Purchase for wife back in 2019 for Xmas, tried everything watch does not hold its charge. Sent email heard nothing.
Please note have found nothing on web site or within the instructions no guarantee/warranty.

Great and easy site to use. Got email on confermation of perches and one today to say its out for delivery. Takes about 7 working days to arrive

I bought this watch for my wife but was not her cup tea. Nothing wrong with watch I must add. So returned the watch and money speedily returned.So well satisfied.

Bought a watch for my partners birthday. She did not like the watch so advised how to send it back. Through email waw given address to end it back. Sent it back by recorded delivery can see they have got it and as has been signed for. Still no refund tried emailing and still no reply .

I didnt actually want to resort to this however i have been trying to contact this company for days and still no reply about arranging a return of the faulty watch
The watch face is very good however having issues with stap. The magnetic clasp isnt holding whilst worn on wrist. The clasp is also coming away from strap. I can no longer wear this due to it falling off. It will hold for a while then just release
The aftersales is very poor. There is no telephone number associated with the company so its all via email.
Wish i had paid more attention to the negative reviews prior to ourchase

Lovely watch but magnetic strap isn’t the best. Gets attached to anything else metal & seems to be even less secure 4 weeks down the line & keeps coming loose. Not sure if there are any alternative straps available.

The watch is good looking, but the magnetic strap seems to slide, and I have to put it back. Looks very good. Does not say which country it was manufactured anywhere. No guarantee card. The name of the watch is not displayed anywhere. Why? Otherwise good working and attractive.

Mixed review on this one. I ordered a watch on 30th April and was really impressed as it arrived 2 days later on 2nd May - this was a gift for my mother's 60th birthday. I was less impressed when I opened and seen the watch though! It was not new! The clasp was tarnished and there was a scratch on the face. I immediately emailed them and was dealt with by Martin who I have to say was helpful and arranged for me to send the watch back and issued me with a refund for the product. However I am still waiting for a refund for the postage so I am currently out of pocket through no fault of my own. I get that sometimes these things can happen but to send a watch in the state it was shows there's no quality control taking place. I would have given it 1 star however it arrived quickly and Martin dealt with me quickly so I'll give it 2. I will await my further refund.

This product took a week or more to arrive. Wasn’t put together so you would have to attach strap etc yourself. Did not look like the picture. Going straight back

Got sent a feedback form, hard to leave feedback when you are still waiting for your item to arrive......so I will let you know once I get my watch delivered

Discovered Geminus Watches trying to find a nice grown up watch for my daughter that didn't cost the earth and did a few things. I also needed something not tied to a mobile as she is not allowed one yet being 10. I was impressed by both watch and service. It has quickly become my daughter's favourite present, favourite colour and does everything you would expect. Good quality and easy to use once you realise the touch zone is at the bottom of the screen. Thank you very much.

I was extremely impressed when the watch was delivered two days after ordering it. It looks really smart, is comfortable to wear and does exactly what it claims. I am really pleased with my new smart watch.

Great watch looks like a nice pretty watch but has lots of good features for fitness tracking including cycling
