Still waiting for my felt mice that I ordered on the 5th November,Given up on them ever coming or getting a refund ,avoid this company like the plague!!

Similar to everyone else’s reviews. Placed an order 30th November and still not received on the 5th January.
Realise no reading the over reviews I have been scammed.

Scammers item never received initially was coming from America then tracking showed China never arrived no communication after several attempts
Avoid at all costs!!!!

My husband placed a Christmas gift order on the 16th of November. It is now the 24th of December and the gift has never arrived. My husband has requested a refund but they just keep saying it is in transit. Do not under any circumstances shop on this site!!

Ordered a felt mouse on the understanding it was a made up figure, turns out to be a cheap tatty box of parts to make up yurself. plus took mover a month to get here. tracking stated it was coming from the USA but in fact was a chineese import

Completely avoid this ripoff company, it’s a scam, I have never received my parcel that was ordered in early November, been sent email after email about the tracking, telling me it was coming from the USA when in fact it was supposedly coming from China,complete lies, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I brought the felted mice too but a rough kit of parts arrived resembling nothing likely to resemble the promised item. There was nothing mentioned anywhere during purchase process that it’s a kit. It’s a fake product. Avoid Gemdog.co.uk at all costs. It’s Chinese set up pretending to be from UK / USA depending on which email you get.
Fake QR codes and support email address on the packaging too. Doesn’t deserve even one star.

Having put in an order for a family member, and as seen with other people on here who have complained similarly, the mice that were advertised falsely, arrived as a kit to make yourself! In no way was this mentioned on the descriptions. Having requested a fair return request whilst being comfortably inside the return window, they are now trying to negotiate a severely reduced compensation fee, despite it being their oversight. They have offered a 8%, 14% and a 20% compensation fee of the total purchase price despite requesting a fair 100% refund and the items being sent back to them. 20% covers 1 of the 5 items purchased! Customer support is vague and unwilling to co-operate. Avoid at all costs and do not deal with them, they do not listen or care.
Any website where a return has to be accepted before they agree to anything else has to be seen as a red flag. This lot are another example of them.

I appreciate the practical design and efficiency; it performs well for my fishing and pill storage needs. Decent purchase overall.

After waiting two weeks, I finally received this multi-functional tool. The clever design offers both convenience and durability. While the wait was substantial, the product quality somewhat compensated for the delay.

Like other reviews below, I also ordered what I believed were felted mice! After one month of waiting for them to arrive I was shocked to find they were a felting kit! At no point in the description of the item did it say it was a kit.

Big fraud ! I don't know if I dealt with the real Gemdog or a copycat website but they sent me a bag of scraps for my payment of nearly £30. They seem to have no intention of making good - offering me compensation of £2. The people I'm dealing with are in China though they sent hoax tracking emails from the USA. I intend to find them and hunt them down !!

Yet another fake product site pretending to be in the UK. They use a UK mail add but the product comes from the US. The detail & quality is inferior to the original sold on Etsy.
Update. I sent them an email complaining about this.
They mailed me back asking for photos. Did this, it bounced back as a “no reply”
Update 2. Got through to them by sending a fresh mail.
Threatened them with reporting them for fruad. Now they’re playing ping pong (as is usual) offering me a 20% refund.
Update 3. Now they are asking me to post items to China at my expense. Time to open a case with Paypal.

Purchased what was advertised as a needle felted mouse. I actually received a small bunch of needle felting wool & a polystyrene body. Contacted them several times & they say there's no problem. The site does not mention anywhere that it is a kit you are buying & not a finished product. Very unhelpful. Will not use again
