Service was exceptional. Car was clean and functional as you’d expect but the service from Charles made the experience. He was friendly and helpful and incredibly kind when I had a bump in the car - helping me fill in documents and was very understanding. Would definitely recommend.

The other day, I desperately needed a car for one day. Luckily, Gem Car Rental was recommended by a coworker of mine. Even though the reservation was made at the last minute, their service was fast, express and superb. I also like to thank Fiona for her outstanding customer service.

Super easy to deal with customer service thanks to Fiona + smooth online booking process + professional custodian Rolende + perfect car condition = safe and memorable trip to Malacca, all thanks to Gem Car Rental. 5 stars for you!

My sixth experience renting with Gem Car Rental! I appreciate their team's determined involvement and continual follow-up to make sure everything is going well! As always, the car is top-notch! I’m glad that the team was honest and responsible in alerting customers to any flaws, such as scratches on the car before handing it in! Both the expense and the duration are flexible too! The custodian is very accommodating when needed!

Trustworthy. Here, you can rent cars, and the staff will assist you with the rental process step-by-step. After that, enjoy a safe and enjoyable drive. I'm grateful for Gem Car Rental—by far the greatest car rental service in JB!

We had rent a car here and it was good because the workers were helpful. They guided us on how to rent the car and all we had to do was drive the car safely and be on time on the day of return.
