Absolutely awful - my box was NOT worth the money and my email complaint has been completely IGNORED!
Items were fake, not collectibles, not worth anywhere near the value its supposed to be, let alone the amount I paid.

I ordered the collectors edition 10-15 item mystery box, normally £79.95 I got it on offer for £55.97.
Was so disappointed in the contents, when added up the contents of the box came to £49.74 some items were taken from multipacks so you got a random badge which would normally come as a set, same with a notebook which is from a pack of 3... I was going to continue this subscription until my daughters birthday so would've had 3months worth but cancelled it. These are definitely not collectors items either, this is more for young kids. I really wouldn't waste your money when there is better mystery boxes on ebay where the contents of the box is worth more than what you pay.

For the most part every box has something fun and on theme to what I like. It would be nice if the pop figures were exclusive branded sometimes.

Ordered a few Star Wars mystery boxes had a great experience. I did get two duplicates once but this was resolved quickly with a partial refund from the vendor. Great customer service!

I love these boxes. They add to my Harry Potter collection nicely. Great to have something new each month

Every month has become a surprise waiting to happen with some collection items I haven't seen in ages

I had ordered two boxes and they have just arrived. One standard so about £20 one premium near £30 and this was with a 20% discount. I received all the same things in both boxes, the only difference with one of the boxes was a ravenclaw blue notebook which I assume came in the premium box. Considering the price difference between the two boxes I expect completely different things in each of the boxes. I also feel that for what came in the boxes wasn't worth the price that I had paid for them,
Items include
1 gryffindor enamel pin
1 Slytherin keychain (rubber)
A 4 pack of rubbers
1 golden pen with a snitch on top
1 hogwarts legacy mug
1 loose 9¾ pin
1 Lego Voldemort
And two pictures that I could have printed myself
As said the only difference was that in the one box I received a notebook. On the site it does say that the standard comes with 4-6 items which is almost £30 and the premium comes with 6-10 for almost £40 and that's for a one time purchase. I wanted to try out geek crate because I use to buy from geek gear and it was just a let down. I emailed the company two days ago the second I'd opened my boxes and am yet to hear a reply

Awful, paid for premium for a few months and got knock off merchandise and crappy little posters. Do not buy

It was the worst mystery box experience that I have ever had.
Paying £30 you would expect at least something fair for the price. Reality? A Pencil, a pin, a 50p pack and a £2 pokemon tcg Chinese pack. Will definitely not buy, it is a total scam, do not buy from them!

I have ordered a Pokemon Geek Crate as it was advertised to contain 6-10 items Including figures/plushies and various pokemon merch, as shown on all advertised pictures which sold it to me.

I have received no figures nor plush in my box....

My box contained 2 packs of pokemon cards, one of which japanese, non official keyring, non offcial badly done chinese pin, some printed little cut outs of pictures of pokemons and one 6x8 print, licensed pokeball socks and non official cheap chinese wallet.

I like some of the stuff I received apart from wallet which is very basic chinese feel thats completely not in my style and have no use for it, but I feel like this was not the premium box at all... not as advertised with figures and plushes for sure. I would for sure not pay £40 for this...

I have cancelled the subscription straight away as don't want to keep paying premium price and getting substandard, less than what was advertised contents.

Very disappointing, was really looking forward to this being a great hit to top up my plush and figure collection on top of some pokemon card boosters to boost my TCG collection. This could have been great monthly treat if it was as advertised, unfortunately it wasn't...

I hate leaving negative reviews but maybe this will save someone money & disappointment & prompt the company to upgrade their service to required levels.

2 stars as there are still items in box I enjoyed, but overally, a majorly disappointing experience.

Recieved my first premium pokemon box today, I wasn't impressed with the value for money, and bare in mind I got this first box 20% less, dont think I'll be getting anymore as I definitely don't think the value for money was there, especially when I received Japanese pokemon cards, these are no use to me as I don't speak Japanese 🤷.

Absolutely shocking. Almost 40 pound for 2 stickers from Temu, cards not sleeved just thrown in, a pencil and cheap plastic from China. Absolute disgrace.

This was the worst mystery box I have ever received. 25 pound for a "premium" pokemon box. I got 2 wish.com stickers, a temu keyring and a very cheap tiny bulbasaur. A literal piece of paper with a bulbasaur on it and some Japanese pokemon cards. Furious is am understatement. For interest I priced the items on temu and wish.com and I got a total of 3.58. Then 2 pokemon card packs in another language. DO NOT BUY THIS. An absolute con

trade went really well. money was received upon arrival of parcel, very reassuring staff.

Very happy with the mystery box my partner loved every item that was in there
