The first order was exactly what I ordered, very fast shipping, Pleasant experience. Second order has not yet been received. That experienced follow.

Love the design of my t-shirt, it came out exactly like I hoped. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the sizing was disappointing. I normally wear a 1X but I saw other reviews say the sizing was small so I ordered the 3XL. I can barely get it on. Guess I'll make it into a pillow 😔

I ordered a Christmas ornament and blanket. Both are so cute! The blanket is so super soft and big! My daughter loved them both!

Pros:Loved the idea, quality, and timely delivery.
Cons: Only 1. I wish it was a little bigger for the price.

Absolutely loved it and it turned out awesome! My boyfriend loved it! Also, I paid for expedited shipping hoping it would arrive prior to Christmas and it arrived 2 days before! Very happy and will order again.

Every ornament that I ordered looked great and I loved it, and the person receiving it, loved it too!

I bought it as a gift for my 2 sons in memory of their palpal in absolutely made their day. Good quality and I would recommend anyone who's interested in going ahead and purchasing the product you will not be disappointed

I ordered an ornament as a Christmas present for my new boyfriend. I thought it was cool that I could get it personalized. However, I have not had any contact with the company and no response to my e-mails. I was hoping to have it in time but it hasn't even shipped. Payment was taken out of my account already. This has been a big disappointment.

I have done my best to locate my package, and have come up short each time. I have emailed gearlit, I have called UPS, and I have called USPS. I have filed claims, tracked using the app recommended, and everything else. I have gotten no response from the emails sent to Gearlit. Additionally, I have no way of applying for a refund or even another order to be sent because they are not responding. Please beware before ordering. there are multiple cases on here of customers orders not arriving. Hoping to update with good news because I truly loved the product online.

UPDATE: they did reply to my email and are apparently working on locating the package. I will update if anything comes from this. I do appreciate the response.

UPDATE: Still no order or resolution. I have reached out regarding refund. Will update.

UPDATE: My order came in today. WOW amazing customer service. Their replies were sometimes slow, but always within 30 hours (and considering it’s the holidays right now, I would consider that pretty fast). Great product! Customer Service team deserves a raise for sure!

I ordered 2 personalized Christmas Tree Ornaments and they are very cute. They are made of a thin lightweight metal and very colorful. Just like the photos.

The canvas is absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a beautiful customized piece of art! I am so happy with what I got and can’t wait to give it to my husband at Christmas…thank you!!
