I was looking to buy a generator but had several technical questions I needed answering before I ordered. I had already rang a couple of other companies and they were okay’ish but when I rang Geargb and asked for tech support, I was put straight through to a real human being called Adam who clearly new his stuff and patiently answered every one of my tech questions. Re-assured, I placed the order and the goods were delivered on the day I requested.

My son purchased a compact Honda powered three phase generator 5ish years ago, his bespoke built duel fuel generator was assembled and supplied by Gear GB and it performs very well, My son had a straight forward purchased experience. When I wanted a portable duel fuel generator, Gear GB was the obvious place to go, I ordered and received a Honda EU22i, that Gear GB converted to Duel fuel (petrol/LPG) in a very timely manner, it was well packaged and arrived unharmed and ready for action, once again a very straight forward purchase, ordered and paid for on line using the Gear GB website and a few working days later the generator was being delivered. Whats not to like! If your after a generator give Gear GB a try.

We recently purchase Honda EU22i generators linked and operated in parallel. The entire experience from initial email with photographs of existing electrical mains layout, change-over switch, location of proposed generators and cable runs was smooth from start to completion. Adam (sales) and Mark (technical) were knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our emails and telephone questions without any sales pressure.
Delivery was prompt and arrived 24hours as promised before PowerGrid turned of the supply for another planned maintenance repair.

Best of the best. Believe me I looked globally and found none better. I bought 2 extended run fuel kits for my Honda high pressure pumps that I use with my wildfire sprinkler suppression system. The extended run time will allow me to evacuate if need be knowing that I’ve quadrupled the run time of my pumps over the stock Honda tanks. These guys bent over backwards in helping me select the proper kits. Shipping was extremely fast using an insured and trackable courier. Small British family run business, support these guys, you’ll not be disappointed.

I called as I saw a generator on the website, I wasn't sure what I needed, so I called and Adam was extremely helpful and asked questions to help me understand my requirements and the pros and cons of different options. I then visited the new shiny showroom and Adam demonstrated the generator. Cant fault their professionalism and knowledge. very happy with my purchase!
