Love the design on these pants
Love the design on these pants! And they are comfortable to wear, and did fine through the first wash and dry!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're loving the design and finding them so comfortable to wear.
Our pants are built to last, so great to hear they came out of the wash looking just as good as new. We hope you enjoy them for many more wears to come! 🙌
Sizing Inaccurate
Ordered large and both are labeled as large. They are anything but large. They are closer to a small size.

Hi Cindy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are so sorry to hear about the sizing issue with your recent order! It is definitely frustrating when an item is labeled as Large but fits much tighter than expected.
We want to make this right for you immediately. Please reach out to our customer care team at support@gearbunch.com with your order number. We would be more than happy to help you process a hassle-free exchange or return, and we'll also pass your feedback along to our manufacturing team so we can look into this sizing discrepancy.
We hope to hear from you soon so we can get this sorted out!
Best regards,
Dan

Great Customer Service and commitment to customer satisfaction! I felt valued as a customer while a resolving an issue with delivery. Product quality is top notch and as someone who sews (I made my own wedding dress) I really appreciate that GearBunch pays attention to how the fabric is laid out thus making for a very flattering fit.

Thank you so much for this beautiful review.
We are especially grateful for your kind words about our customer service. Making sure every customer feels valued and supported is incredibly important to us, so it means a lot that you felt that commitment while we worked through the delivery issue together.
And coming from someone who sews and made her own wedding dress, your comments about our fabric layout and construction truly mean the world. We put a lot of care into how each design is positioned to create the most flattering fit possible, so hearing that you noticed that detail is the highest compliment.
Thank you again for your support and for being part of the GearBunch community.

Hi Noel,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that this experience left you feeling this way, that’s never the impression we want to leave.
After reviewing your case, we can see that a replacement order was processed for you, and as an apology for the delay in our response, you were advised to keep or gift the duplicate pair at no cost. We absolutely acknowledge that our communication was slower than it should have been, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We understand how frustrating delayed responses can be, and we’re actively improving our support processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
If there’s anything further we can assist you with, we’d still welcome the opportunity to help and make this right.
Kind regards,
Dan

The pants runs small
The pants runs small. The waist band is too narrow, Quality isn’t great. You only do exchanges and not refunds if customers aren’t happy. I’m a first time customer and because of the above, I won’t be using again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your first experience with GearBunch didn’t meet your expectations.
Our leggings are handmade to order, and while our sizing has not changed, there can be slight variations between styles and fabric types. We always recommend checking the specific size guide for each product and reaching out to our support team before ordering if you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help with sizing advice.
Regarding our exchange policy, because each pair is custom-made once an order is placed, we’re unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we do offer exchanges to ensure customers can receive the correct size where possible, and our team works hard to resolve any quality concerns raised with us directly.
We truly appreciate you giving GearBunch a try and value all feedback as it helps us continue improving our products and customer experience.

GearBunch is a great company that puts out a wonderful product. If you want to talk to someone on the phone in customer service, will no can do. So the best way to communicate with customer service is to use their email system. They will get back to you and solve any problem you may have. Out of about 30-40 leggings I have bought from them only one had a hem fall out on both legs. So I would say they are a five star USA made American company.
