This shop is definitely is a scam, I have bought multiple gc with them both of the gc didn’t worked, I contacted cs for the replacement send them the ss of showing product unable to load and they said we can’t do anything and left me on read afterwards.. I have waited 24hrs for them to respond back but no one responded even though I contacted multiple times. I have a proof of screenshot showing the conversation, they are definitely a scam. If y’all want a good vendor just message me. Definitely reporting this scammer and never buying from him lesson learned.

I randomly stumbled upon this site a few years ago and honestly they give the BEST discounts on gift cards hands down. I’ve been using them ever since. I haven’t had any problems. They are transparent about their policies. They check their cards before you purchase them in nearly every case. There are a few exceptions when the card is linked to your account when you redeem it (like Amazon). I decided to write this review because for 2
reasons:
1. I recently made a purchase where they couldn’t pre-verify the balance. I immediately checked the balance (I tried to add the card into my account so I could make a purchase). However the card had already been used. I took a screenshot and promptly told GCXShop. They immediately refunded my money back into my account. No problem whatsoever.
2. Their website recently said that if you add $100 to your account they would add a 5% bonus. I immediately jumped on the opportunity. When I didn’t see the $5 added I contacted them. GCXShop said that was a mistake- meant only for certain types of payments but they would honor it since the website said it and I pointed it out.

Honestly, I really don’t think you deserve even a one star. I got robbed by GCX. I went online to sell my Marshalls gift card that was worth $200 and took forever to get approved once that was done I was only offered $100 which I don’t think is really fair at all since I sold my gift card to GCX on January 23 ‘26 and I’m still waiting on a payment. I was under the impression that I would get My funds 24 to 48 hours. I’m pretty sure that’s what they said. Either way I should’ve gotten paid in less than three days. I’ve tried to contact customer Support. Nobody has gotten back to me. I think your site is bogus and I will not refer anyone else to sell or buy gift cards on site. I don’t know how else to get a hold of anybody. I don’t know how else to show the website that I’m going to which is called giftcardXchange.com since I’m having issues getting a hold of customer service. I went on there Social site which is Facebook and Instagram. I clicked on Instagram and right away. It took me to GCX.shop i’m not sure if your site is related to this other site but maybe somebody should look into it because when I went to giftcardxchange.com I clicked on the Instagram app icon, hoping I can get a hold of somebody through Instagram. The site took me to GCX.shop. I was under the assumption that it was the same site.
