Delivery dispute.
Gatorade advising delivered to my home address.
Evri advising delivered but has the wrong delivery postcode and won’t allow me to view the tracking because the postcode doesn’t match.
No deliveries have been received. I can verify this with ring camera footage and screenshots of Evri/Gatorade.
Online UK form won’t submit and upload option isn’t allowing uploads.
No customer service options to contact for assistance.
Disappointing service. I want my parcel delivered or a refund.

Absolutely shocking service, happy to take £50 a month for electrolytes but won’t let me contact customer service when they don’t deliver their product after 10 days! DO NOT BUY

Signed up to a subscription for a free bottle. My second delivery arrived which should have included the free bottle but the bottle never arrived. The only way to contact them is via a contact form but the submit button doesn’t work. I have no way to reach out. I feel scammed.

Love the product, hate the price
Love the product, hate the price. Have drunk Gatorade for decades (ever since I lived in America in the '90s). Used to buy tubs of their powder about 10 years ago to make my own drinks. It was a decent price of around £15 for a 500g tub. This latest incarnation is unsuitable though. £64 for a 2 months supply of what's basically sugar, salt and flavouring? They send you enough to drink one sachet a day, but who's really sweating that much? I might use 2-3 a week in a busy week, and they have a pretty short use by date. Only a few months. So whilst I've enjoyed they they'd no way keeping the subscription is financially viable.
