He quickly identified and fixed my leak, and then stayed until 9pm to make sure everything was fully sorted and my family were completely up and running again. He’s personable, professional, and incredibly thorough — genuinely leaving no stone unturned. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and care. I can’t recommend Greg highly enough.
Following a really appalling experience with a different leak detection company, I contacted Greg via Checkatrade. Not only was he reassuring, he promised to find and fix my leak no matter what. Richie came today - he was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent. He located the leak accurately using a range of diagnostic equipment. The leak was in a tricky area but he caused minimum damage to reach it under my floor, fixed it and cleaned up properly. A comprehensive report will help me to claim my leak allowance from my water company. I only paid upon completion. I thank both Greg and Richie sincerely for their friendly, outstanding and competent service and for going over and above their duty to locate and fix my leak.
We had a central heating leak we couldn't find and Greg was excellent throughout the whole process right the way through from providing a quote to finding and repairing the leak. It was complicated by quite a few factors in our old house but Greg was very patient and thorough. Most importantly he communicated with us clearly and left a very neat and tidy finish after having to take up some flooring. I'd definitely recommend him over any of the bigger companies

I called out gate leak detection, I spoke to Kat in the office. Kat was brilliant she advised that they were here to help. The engineer Elliot turned up on time put me at ease. He worked without stopping to resolve a leak others couldn’t find. I was quoted as I was invoiced no hidden charges.
Over the Christmas period we had a really difficult leak and couldn’t find the source. At first I used a different leak detection company who came out and said they could not find the leak.
We really needed this leak sorted ASAP as family was arriving for Christmas so contacted Greg at Gate Leak Detection who came promptly, was very friendly, competent and extremely confident in what he was doing. He used up to date equipment and explained each stage to me.

Extremely happy with the quality of service we received from Greg today. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He found a leak within the boiler so there was no need to pull up floors/drill holes in walls which we were extremely relieved about !
