I edited my review and gave them two stars. They finally emailed me eight days later. Then today they emailed me and apologized and gave me a $20 gift card.

I ordered the DOOMSDAY 2025 Script Hoodie the day after Christmas. I got it on the 5th. Unfortunately, it's too tight, eventhough they advertise a generous fit.

Well, I've been trying to get a hold of them for seven days now with no reply. I have sent them emails, chats, Instagram messages, and a Twitter post. All with no luck. They're is no phone number listed anywhere.

Needless to say I'm very frustrated and disappointed in their lack of customer service. I really like MF DOOM and his merch, but I don't think I will be ordering from them again unless they make this right. I'm imagining they'll get a hold of me once my 30 day return window has past.

No customer service at all. Made an order which didn't arrive. Asked for a refund a few times via email and just got responses from a bot. Then finally got an email saying I had been refunded. Checked and they have refunded me the item cost but not the shipping. So they have effectively stolen £9 off me and proceeded to ignore my messages. Not okay.

So, I ordered the special herbs figure I was so excited for it to come and when it came it did not disappoint but it was a bit bent, maybe a dead bent reference lol. Thats all though,

They try but the packages keep getting lost. Their delivery system is a joke. Imagine waiting 1.5 month for a package only for that to get lost. Then they resent it, waited for another 1.5 month and got lost again. Who does post office in 2025. What a joke

Ordering from this website from looking at the reviews is very jarring because basically all negative reviews are the same and all positive reviews are the same so this is an honest review. I ordered an Operation Doomsday CD from Gasdrawls. I didn't realise that it would take a few weeks to arrive so after one week I reached out to the support team and asked how long it would take to arrive. They said that shipping to the UK usually takes about 3 weeks which was perfectly accurate info. It arrived in great condition. Great quality products at great prices. Overall 5 stars!

If I could rate 1/2 star I would. I placed order for birthday Nov 24th, I made sure they were all instock no preorder items so they could be ahipped within 3 daya as advertised. It is now Dec 16th, still no email alerting me of shipping. As far as customer service, only by email and i received 1 response informing me my order was delayed due to holidaya but would be shipped at end of week. Its been a week and a half nothing. Now, when I email only automatic responses. This place is a sham, dont waste your money.

Legit company—they are what they say they are. Great customer service! When I needed help with my order, they got back to me right away. Great products; I will be ordering again!

I order the MF DOOM PIN for a holiday party it didn't come on time for it. Ask for a refund and they did not respond back til I threatened to get the law involved with my refund. Wish there was a way other would see this instead of on this website. Do not support them. None of your money goes to DOOM wife No royalties or anything. They simply get something slap DOOM name on it and slap a high price Tag on it. straight scammers

I purchased a hoodie from them however after it being a month and no sign I emailed them which they did reply very quickly to alert me orders where shipping out late , after around a month and a half (from USA to UK) I received my order however I found there to be light damaging to the logo so after emailing them they very quickly replied and where able to offer a 50% refund and still let me keep the hoodie , aswell as also offering a full refund. Abit of hassle with getting it but amazing customer service.
