Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely terrible customer service.
I designed a shirt on their website, then some time later I went back to the saved design to order 5 of the shirts. The design was on the shirt when I ordered, I even had to edit the design to have a different name on each of the 5 shirts. When I clicked 'Buy' it gave me a warning that some of the image was outside the print area. The part that was outside was just the transparent background so I was ok with that.
When I received the shirts they were blank with no artwork added at all. After some investigation it was clear the design I submitted didn't go through their ordering process properly.
The shirts were needed for an event, by the time I received them it was too late to send back, have them customised, and sent back to me. I would have received them after the event and they would have been useless to me, so I did not proceed.
Customer service has been horrible while trying to get a refund. They refuse to refund the full amount even though it was caused by an issue with their systems. They will only offer a partial refund but this is not good enough.
Avoid them at all costs, they just want your money and don't care about customer experience.

why aren't there negative stars? for a company as awful as this to deal with there should be!
large order placed with many different issues, all have been ignored and blamed on "our artwork" the red being a different colour across different items is not our artwork... the material quality being different across orders is NOT our artwork... the white being transparent instead of solid as per previously prints IS NOT OUR ARTWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
**adding to this after the companies reply here, once again, our artwork files are blamed, white is white, one item has a solid white print on black fabric, the next is patchy and see through... how is this out artwork? and again, the hoodies we have ordered many of, previously all fluffy and thick, now they are a thin material and shorter in length, plus the same issues with the white print and our red being the wrong colour... so how are you blaming our artwork?????????????? FFS own your errors.

I then had a follow up call from Alvin to discuss the extra payment and he provided the new invoice to me ASAP. Once I paid, they then immediately completed the order.
I was extremely grateful they were so accomodating and completed the order so very quickly.

This is one of the most dispicable companies I've ever had to deal with. After placing my order I waited 2 weeks before they asked for a mark up confirmation, during with they 1) neglected to inform that they cannot print gradient colours, and 2) charged me twice for the same order! But worse still, after I informed them multiple times of the error, they said they would refund the mistake yet didn't. Only after lodging a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading did they refund the amount. The fact that even their phone waiting music is ripped off a paid website says it all. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this mob.

James was very diligent in preparing a quote and then adjusting this quote as my requirements became clear. He was tenacious in following up after he sent emails, but understanding as I looked at other options. James definitely went the extra mile by waiving the shipping costs so that our shirts would arrived in time for our business launch and helping me qualify for the September discount

We placed a small order of work tees with Garment Printing and supplied a mock-up showing the exact logo placement. The order arrived with the logo positioned incorrectly, right next to the armpit.
Since then, I’ve exchanged more than 10 emails with their team, providing photos and highlighting the error. Unfortunately, the matter remains unresolved.
Their process requires me to print my own label, find my own packaging, and send the items back before they will even consider a replacement. For a mistake that was theirs, I expected a simpler and more customer-friendly solution — such as providing a prepaid satchel or arranging a courier.
This was only a $100 order, but the wasted time and energy has cost me far more.
As a small business owner of 20 years, I know mistakes happen — but I also know it’s my responsibility to make them easy for the customer to resolve. In this case, Garment Printing has not taken that approach.
I’m disappointed by both the outcome and the handling of the issue, and I think other business owners should be aware of this before placing an order.

This was our first time using Garment Printing Australia and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Everything was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and there was absolutely no issue when we had to change a few details. The products delivered were exactly as we had hoped, in fact they were better.
I contacted Garment Printing Australia to see if I could get a logo I designed onto a golf shirt, the experience of customising the design and placement on the shirt online was quick and easy, the online help was there when needed and I received the shirt with logo within a week, quality is great and logo just as I wanted it.
Would recommend this company any day. Thank you

I checked their return policy before purchasing a sample to see if we wanted to buy bulk, ensuring that they allow refunds (they do). They took 2 weeks to ship the item to us, then once we finally received it and didn't like it, I reached out to their customer service via email. Straight away I was told the item is not eligible for return. I then sent them a screenshot of their own returns policy & then they said yes I could return. I replied straight away requesting details on how to return, address etc. They GHOSTED ME. 2 Follow up emails & nothing. I then had to spend 40 minutes speaking with a customer service representative on live chat via their website, just to get the return address. They take a percentage of your refund for a 'restocking fee' which is already ridiculous in itself, then once they received the return they said they would be deducting more because of the late return, even though I couldn't return as I hadn't been provided the return address due to being GHOSTED. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear of them.
Great quality material - have ordered jumpers and work shirts both have been top quality. Images and logos come through clear and the company have been fantastic to deal with when I needed to make last minute changes. Highly Recommend. Will only purchase through this print company from now on!
