These people are SCAMMERS!!!!!!

These thieves stole money from my account. They must be hiding on some other site because I had never been on their site, which is just full of expensive rubbish.

Now they want a period of 14 days to cancel the account that I never set up.

It's also very obvious that they are writing there own reviews on Trustpilot!!!

your services were offered through the advertissement ... of another product... which means that when we contract with you, we think that we are contracting to receive a Lancome Pack ... I don't find this really customer oriented. So i would say that my customer experience was confusing. I wrote 3 emails and finally get into the escalation process which was efficient and customer focus !

While being on my FB timeline and out of curiosity, there was an item concerning l'acquisition of a lost bagage for a mean sum of 2€. I read all the comments about 20 if I remember right, of FB members even attaching pictures of the luggage they received. 3 days after, I received a first subscription sum of 59,49€ deducted from my credit account which in fact I was unaware to. So I chatted and wrote them opposing this subscription. They even asked me to order something from them with an additional credit of 20€ which I refused. I tried to but I didn't finalize my order because my credit wasn't deducted from my orders. Finally, they agreed to reimburse me but it never arrived. So I brought this situation to my bank authority. And today, I received a mail from them asking me to write a comment to Trust Pilot giving them a 4-5*, do a screen shot of my comments , send it to them and after 5-7 days, they will reimburse me. I'm an honest and just person and at my age , I wouldn't give up my integrity for a mean sum.
I sincerely believe that your integrity too is compromised in this case and in other cases maybe?
I know that this is lengthy so I'm giving you my permission to re edit it as fitting to you. Please send me a copy . Thank so much for your attention and I hope that you continue your good work.
