Amazing service from start to finish.!
After going through all our options we selected our shed and opted for installation, we were told the time line and everything went to schedule . On the day I was meet by two lovely very well mannered (often lacking nowadays ) gentleman . The shed was installed and we are over the moon with the quality , far better than store bought!! . Would highly recommend this company 5 star 🌟

Shed is not built for purpose,after a few months the cladding has shrunk so much you can see daylight , leaks everywhere !! ( put together with wet wood ?), wooden rafters are not thick enough so roof is bowing , floor is cheap OSB board , windows leak ( I did silicone them..
All in all not a cheap shed to buy, feel ripped off. No point in complaining because I myself put it on a bad base of which they'll say is the problem. Even so you should not be seeing through cladding !!. Yes I did seal the wood twice

Firstly, the guys that erected the shed were great, no issues and did what they could to rectify issues in the parts. First of was told 4 weeks delivery, ended up 8, wouldn't have minded to be told in advance but that does not happen afraid. Was supposed to be 14ft by 8ft with internal wall. Smallest part was to be 5ft x 8ft. Wrong panels came and ended up with 6ft x 8ft section inside but was also the wring way wrong. My choice from the guys on site when they noticed wrong parts manufactured was to dismantle the part build and wait for correct parts with no indication of delivery.

You’d be hard pushed to find a better quality shed and service that this company delivers, good communication throughout the buying process, I opted for the shed to be built by there team which included a base as well, It will be the best money you’ve spent… Steve and Hugo …. Immense none stop working machines, what a service they deliver, it would be seriously hard to find two guys that put in a shift as these two guys have done today, and with another job to go onto. The shed is of great build quality and would highly recommend Highland sheds for the future…

Exactly what I was looking for! I live just outside of Peterborough so was so shocked that they travel that far and install as well! After being let down by another company I had lost all hope on finding 'my' shed. I contacted Highland Sheds and they were nothing but helpful. Cannot fault the service at all, the boss was always in contact with me to arrange delivery etc as I work away so needed to make sure I was available.

One of the main things I was really impressed with was the quality of wood, as previous sheds I've had from popular stores have been really thin and flimsy - this is the exact opposite!

The lads that installed it were so well mannered and respectful to my property. I would highly recommend this company. Brilliant service!

The process from start to finish was hassle free, we installed the shed ourselves and couldn’t believe the quality , got stuck a few times but Stuart talked us through it and we finished the day very proud of ourselves with a very good shed , couldn’t recommend this company highly enough

We ordered a large garden shed for delivery and the instalation service that is offered. ( never thought they would deliver to Newcastle !!)
Both the lads were polite And tidy.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better to be honest.

Great communication start to finish. Shed was excellent value for money and the installers were top lads who went the extra mile and left my garden in better nick than before they started. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Great service from the start , helping with useful questions on style ,extra height , where you would like the windows and door . They kept us in the loop to how it’s going .
