Good product, I ordered 2 items (1 large, & 1 small) the large item (hose & reel) was not very well packaged but luckily was not damaged ! Astonished not to see the hose coupling not sent together. A separate delivery required !!!

the item was delivered quickly the box was squashed which i notified the company they were quick to reasurre me that if any parts were damaged they would replace the item but it was ok good item very satisfid

so quick and a good price too, straight forward purchase.

Purchased hose of these people,
Product arrived in pre opened damaged box. Hose inside damaged had a split in it very poor do not purchase from these people.

Tracking the delivery was impossible. Your system was repeatedly telling me my postcode was incorrect.

You ask me to review my recent purchase... Are you having a laugh? I haven't received it yet!

I ordered 2 things and only 1 arrived, I'm still waiting on the second item to be able to use my new hose. And the company say they are still looking in to it!

I gave 4 stars because of the customer service only. The parcel was never delivered but the customer service agent arranged a refund promptly. The delivery company you engaged spoilt the process. So, unfortunately,I will probably never order from you again.

I ordered a hose for my mother and it arrived pretty quickly, only to find the part to connect it to the outside tap was missing. I contacted them and they told me :”We have forwarded the details of the missing part of your Hozelock product to the manufacturer.
Hozelock will be sending the replacement item directly to you.”
It had now been over a week and still no part. I emailed again and they said they have no way to get a tracking reference or any information from Hozelock!! So the hose is useless. I’ve ordered a part from elsewhere. Will never use or recommend this company again.

Bought a 2 in 1 garden hose reel and hose. The price was way cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I emailed them with a query whilst waiting on the delivery, the response was almost immediate and had the information I needed. The item arrived intact, on time and complete. All set up, tested and working perfectly. I was a tad apprehensive when reading some negative reviews but I took a punt and I am glad I did. I can't fault the company based on this experience.

Order accepted and monies taken
Evri Tracking Number Issued immediately.
No update on Evri website.
Told Evri had not collected order
No update on Evri for 2 more days "Still Awaiting Parcel"
Chased sender for update, Told issues with Evri and they'd chase.
Email then received advising problem with order offering refund or still want goods.
Requested refund. Advised in queue and 7-10 days.
Refund arrived today 13/06.
So all in all, not at all sure about Company as very strange customer experience but my refund has been received.

I have read other reviews and have decided not to place my order. My reason for doing so however is that the welcome 5% discount code would not work and there were several spelling errors on their site including the main advert which stated HORSE PIPE.

Terrible, like other reviews. Ordered an expensive hosepipe and never turned up. Emailed and get a generic "we're looking into it email". Wish I'd read other reviews before ordering from this poor excuse for a company. Website says "same day dispatch".... don't believe a word

If I could give this company a negative star I would.

I ordered a paid for a hoze lock hosepipe for £67.42, this was deducted from my account on 7.4.25 & still not delivered.
This is despite endless emails to them and the courier service.
No one has answered and still at a loss re monies taken from myself.
Absolutely disgusting

I read some of the negative reviews AFTER I placed my order and became a little worried… needn’t have been though so I wanted to write straightaway. Ordering was straightforward, price was cheaper than my local garden centre by around 20%. Tracking info came the following day and two days later the product (Hozelock 50m hose and reel, with all fittings) was as described, well packaged and in good condition. Tried it out just now and everything fine.
One thing: if you buy this and think that some of the fittings are missing, unreel the entire hose and you’ll find them in the middle of the reel!
Very happy with service and product and will buy from them again.

Shopped around for a Hozelock hosereel and found Gardenhosepipe to be one of the cheapest. Faster than expected delivery not what was quoted, all parts are genuine and packaged well very happy.
