Everything went well
Everything went well. The gardener arrived on time and worked without a break for 4 hours. He tidied up the garden and made it look much better. It was a big improvement. I was very pleased with his work. This is the second time he has worked on my garden and I have been very satisfied on both occasions. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him out again.

Chris booked us in and his manner was excellent and he really went the extra mile to ensure we understood everything and explained the service well. Niall arrived on time and did a fabulous job! He worked very hard and did a super job. My garden was in a state and in four hours he really turned it around. Thanks so much

An unauthorised payment (with no…
An unauthorised payment (with no invoice, no work requested or done) of over £400 was taken from my bank account by this firm a few days after I paid a genuine invoice. They subsequently repaid me, 2 1/2 months later after several phone calls and emails to them. I can prove all of this. It has caused a lot of distress and taken up a great deal of time to get it resolved.

Our estimator did visit your property, and you paid a £35 site survey fee for this service. Following the survey, you decided not to proceed with the landscape work but requested a one-day clearance service at a cost of £438, including VAT. We booked this service for you, but you later chose to cancel it. We issued a refund promptly upon your cancellation.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process and reach your account, and we understand that this can be frustrating. We strive to ensure that our refund process is as smooth as possible and regret any distress or inconvenience this may have caused.
We believe there may be some discrepancies in the timeline you’ve mentioned. We’re more than happy to discuss this further with you. Please feel free to call us or email us, and we’ll gladly provide you with the details and the online transaction refund dated progress for your refund.

I initially submitted a less favourable review which was based on a misunderstanding. Chris contacted me and explained the situation and as a gesture offered a complimentary hour. I was particularly taken aback by the professional approach Chris took on the phone, which as a sales person myself

Firstly we apologise if we have caused you any inconvenience. We have been calling back our clients within a 2 hour time frame since we started the business back in 1997. Indeed we have changed our telephone number from the freephone number 0800 587 2449 back in November last year. It seems that you have picked up an old marketing card. The reason for this was because it became unviable to maintain the Freephone number due to the heavy amount of calls that the company receives. Our new telephone number is 020 3005 2550. We have noticed that you did call on a Saturday and we do operate a skeleton staff both in the office and the warehouse at weekends. Chris and the Gardenline team came to our rescue to prepare an unruly and overgrown garden, drive and patio for estate agent photos. Garden clearance
We paid for four hours of garden clearance. Due the the weather which was out of our control, we only received three hours of work. Chris happily offered to send his team round at a later date to complete the remaining time. Very helpful and easily contactable.

A brilliant Team
What a wonderful, local company! They were professional, polite and punctual. The team were hard working and in the end did 3 jobs for me instead of one! They cleared the garden, repaired a wall and repointed the patio. All done efficiently and with updates during the work.
