Good people

Issue was located within under an hour. The engineer was helpful and provided cost saving options as well as future recommendations. After the visit I was called to check up if my issue remains resolved, excellent aftercare. Would recommend to others.

Bathroom blockage

We had some major blockages in our bathroom. Contacted GA Plumbing and Drainage. Saleh came in the same day and sorted the issue. He also replaced our macaretor in our toilet.
He is reliable, easy to communicate, and with reasonable prices.
Highly recommend them.

On time & professional, very happy with the work done

We had an emergency this morning as we woke up to our drain overflowing in the garden. I called Saleh and explained our situation, and he was able to come out within just a few hours. He explained the situation to us and was able to clear our drains in no time.

I appreciated how conscientious he was as well, for example rolling our carpet up so it wouldn’t get dirty and informing me before opening the front door to make sure our pets wouldn’t run out. He also helped clean up our garden area as it was covered in waste that had overflow from the drain.

Overall, Saleh did an amazing job and was incredibly professional. I’d highly recommend him!

No show, big disappointment

A week ago I called up and arranged the repair which was scheduled for today at 11am. I sent photos, address and everything seemed to be fine. This morning I texted the guy and he confirmed today's visit for 11 am / 12 pm. Past 12pm he did not show up and I texted him asking if he was any close to my place, but received no reply. At 13:30 I called him, only to find out he was sleeping. He apologised, while I had made special arrangements with my family and lost a day staying at home and waiting for a job that has never been carried out.

Besvarelse fra GA Plumbing and Drainage

Dear Mimi

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you faced regarding your scheduled repair. The engineer was not feeling well & still have the intention to attend. He even mentioned it to you on the phone that he was not feeling well at all & still willing to come but you decided to cancel it. It’s clear that we fell short of your expectations in terms of the communication, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for a service that did not occur as planned due to delay.

We strive to provide timely and reliable service, and I regret that we did not meet that standard in your case. Your feedback is invaluable, and I will be addressing this with our team to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.

Please feel free to reach out directly so we can discuss how to make this right for you. We appreciate your understanding and hope to restore your faith in our service.

I was really impressed with Saleh

I was really impressed with Saleh. A very thorough home inspection for leak, damp and drains. Investigated all possibilities and explained, and showed me, everything in detail. Offered advice, and certainly gave me comfort! I would highly recommend.
