Great communication, fast results

We have gone through this process in the past and it was a hassle with very unprofessional individuals. Mick and his team were responsive, communicative, and quick with their process. I would highly recommend if needing fast capital and have a business starting up to go with Mick and his team.

As first-time fix-and-flip investors

As first-time fix-and-flip investors, stepping into our first project was both exciting and intimidating. We needed additional funding to make the deal work, and Mick at Gap Funded was an incredible resource throughout the process.

Gap Funded is amazing for Speed and execution Gap Funded has the ability to fund in days rather than weeks.Which allowed my borrower to meet his tight closing deadline. I reached out for funds for a real estate investment project

I reached out for funds in an investment real estate property, and working with Mick was just a seamless professional experience! Being unfamiliar with this process i was very skeptical at first, but Mick couldn't have been a better representative to get my funding needs to the finish line. Before reaching out to Gap Funded, I was in a situation where I needed help finding the right funding solution and wanted to work with someone who could guide me through the process clearly.
