I was very disappointed with my Air…
I was very disappointed with my Air Jordan Retro Nike White Denim Tennis Shoes for my Geandson who is 15 years old. For one thing it took forever to get them in . At least over 2 months and when I received them they weren't even leather tennis shoes!!! They were material tennis shoes. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN! Shipped to a random wrong address
Order was first shipped to a random, wrong address. I contacted Ganebet and they agreed to ship to propery address. The product then took 26 days to arrive, missing Christmas.

Good quality need more larger sizes!
Good communication and delivery of product. Only complaint is that they have very few shoes size mens 12 and above.
I would have bought several pairs of the sizes mostly stopped at 11 if that…
Let me know when you have more sizes.
Other than that an A+ experience 👍🏽👌!

Don’t buy here. They gave me such a run around on returning a pair of basketball sneakers bc they didn’t fit my DO - we just decided it wasn’t worth the trouble.
Took forever to arrive, and will end up donating.

UPDATED: Didn’t order during the holiday season and still took way to long to arrive ( and to be wrong ). These are all knock of shoes - so putting up the brand size chart for a knock off - wasn’t accurate. When contacted they took forever to get back to me and just kept repeating one sentence every time the responded as if it were the first time 😂🤔. If these were legit, they would take returns - They did not want to take anything back. Just saying - beware of these online overseas predators. Could care less about a 20% code for your knock off goods

Good product
Was worried about purchasing from a site I wasn't familiar with, but the shoes arrived and are exactly what we were looking for. Shipping took a little longer than anticipated, but customer service responded in a timely manner and the shoes did arrive within a couple of days of my inquiry.

I would have given them 5 stars however…
I would have given them 5 stars however their shipping is very slow. Their site says they fulfill out of New Jersey however they fulfill out of China. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and all but one of them barely came before Christmas. They game me a tracking number 2 days after my order and it looked like they were in NY or LA however that was only the US shipping label that was printed. They used USPS and FedEx. The FedEx package I was able to track it throughout its full shipping journey however the USPS ones I had to wait until they arrived at the location of the shipping label before I got any updates. Overall the product is a good product even though they might be knockoffs. Now that I know that shipping takes forever I am okay with ordering through them again
