I do not recommend it. With pre-orders, it is complete nonsense, this is not the first time that a message comes a few days before the release of the item that there were problems, etc. and you will have to wait another week, but after a week there is no news. When contacted, it turns out that they still do not have the goods, do not know when they will have them and if you want, you can cancel the order, but after writing a request, there is complete silence. Very sad

Preordered a console. Before placing the ordered they told me it was 100% available on day one and that they had already enough in stock in their warehouse. Called multiple times just to confirm it would be there on time.
The day before the release, I receive an email that their stock is late and my order will be postponed by at least a week until an unknown date.
Completely disappointed by the lies and service.
Refused to start process my refund on the same day.

GameRoom (Game Room UAB, Lithuania) cancelled my fully paid order (GR256794, €212) claiming the item was unavailable, but never refunded me.
They ignored multiple emails and provided no support whatsoever.
This is not an accident – this feels like a scam.
Avoid at all costs – this company should not be trusted.
Do not buy from GameRoom.

They have sold me a defected board-game (it is not playable). They declined my request to change the game and won't return my money.
