Ares Core Technologies is a long established European manufacturer and designer of custom gaming desktop pcs , business workstations , servers and laptops with offices in both Germany and Ireland. In late 2024 we entered the retail market when we acquired over 40,000 customers in Ireland who we not provide technical support to. We launched an all new retail website in November 2024 called GAMEFORCE and is accessible for customers in Ireland and across the European Union as well as the United Kingdom. We manufacture products in the Republic of Ireland and our logistics hub is based on Germany allowing us quick delivery across the EU and into the Middle East. Orders are shipped with FEDEX , UPS and GLS to ensure our CUSTOM PCs , LAPTOPS and WORKSTATIONS are delivered fast and in perfect conditions to our customers across the European Union. We do not engage with paid for Reviews or Paid for Review Websites and if you want to place a review please visit our website were we reply to all reviewers. They take the money, don't ship the item and refuse to let you cancel the order

I ordered a GPU seven days ago, and the order still hasn’t been fulfilled. There’s no option to cancel on their website, even though it’s clearly not going to ship on time.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times by email and through their chatbot, but I haven’t received any response. They’ve taken my money, haven’t sent the item, and are now ignoring all communication.

This feels like very unprofessional and potentially scammy behavior. If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be reporting this to the CCPC in Ireland and requesting a chargeback. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

This company's a festering pile of…

This company's a festering pile of incompetence, a black hole sucking in cash and spitting out nightmares. Jason, the snake-oil peddling tyrant at the helm, is a walking biohazard—the most soul-sucking, backstabbing leech I've ever had the misfortune to cross paths with. I had to nuke the transaction via chargeback just to reclaim my stolen euros from his grubby paws. Stay far, far away, you parasitic frauds.

Ordered a monitor

Ordered a monitor, seems simple enough....
Money taking out of my account in full,.... seems easy enough.....
All looks well....
Until nothing....
Two weeks still nothing.
Got some emails back after the storm in Ireland and was told my order can't be delivered to my location...
I've gotten Amazon/dhl/an post/FedEx all delivered to my location for two weeks now with no problems what so ever.
The whole lot turned into a nightmare and the lack and I mean LACK of communication is absolutely the worst EVER...
Stay FAR FAR AWAY.
Asking for a refund is going to be a joke now too. STAY AWAY

Scam website

2 months waiting for parts.
They replied to the first email stating that they are still awaiting payment and as soon as I pay the amount they would process my order.
I replied with the payment details and clarified that the goods were paid for and I haven't heard anything since, No replies to several emails.
This is a scam website.
I will review this review if they contact me with a reasonable excuse.
Edit: After many emails I could still get no satisfaction from Gameforce. I had confirmation emails and receipts even an apology for the delay with an expected delivery date from gameforce all of which I shared with them and still no satisfaction, at either ignoring initial emails and eventually a sharp "your choice" response. I did eventually manage to get a refund by instigating a chargeback to my card.
I am now receiving email from gameforce saying that they refunded me on the 29/09/24. This is simply not correct the system showed my order cancelled on the 14/11/24 after I instigated a chargeback. From my experience this is not a company I would trust as a supplier.

Terrible Scam Company trying to rebrand…

Terrible Scam Company trying to rebrand from CustomPC.ie go read all the negative reviews from their old brand. Scammed out of money, no contact info, doesnt respond to emails or support tickets, terrible prices and shipping time,

Never Use this site only trust big sites
