I recently contacted Gallerygiftsonline to enquire about the possibility of purchasing the newly released EDGE miniature St George Lion Bust (a limited edition release which was always going to be difficult to obtain due to the ever growing popularity of EDGE Sculptures especially their limited editions) Gallerygiftsonline took my call and advised me to order online, which I immediately did and received confirmation of. Their response and support was excellent and follow up communication regarding my order was very good. Upon receiving the stock from EDGE I was notified and assured that they had secured my order and it was being processed the following day. Their customer service team is very helpful and I received my order a few days later, my order arrived extremely well packed, in perfect condition and very quickly.
I can highly recommend this company for their all round professional services and look forward to purchasing from them again in the future. This has been a perfect online purchasing experience for a limited edition sculpture that many other stockiest either couldn’t get or only purchased a low number of and so run our really quickly.

Very impressed and would highly recommend. Very quick turn around. I ordered the item on Sunday, 16th and it arrived on Thursday, 20th. It would have arrived earlier, but I wasn't going to be in so changed the delivery date to the Thursday. I had ordered a similar item through another company and unfortunately the item arrived damaged (it was replaced). Therefore, I was very nervous when the parcel arrived but thankfully there was no need as it was very well packaged. The box the item came in was put inside another box which had a lot of padding. Very impressed with the care shown. I've got my eye on another similar item and won't hesitate to order it from Gallery Gifts. I've already checked and they have it.

I bought a Hagrid figurine I had been searching for a while that I was unable to locate. I’m reluctant about online shopping. However, I would 100% recommend. Order was easy. Shipping was transparent at all levels and fast. Packaging was exceptional. My item was pristine: I will be searching for more items and be using again in future. I was looking for a present for my sister and chose the Waterford crystal rose,which stated free delivery. However at checkout it added £5.99 postage. On questioning this I was told it's free postage over £70 which is not what was stated.
I decided not to make the purchase and to buy it from somewhere that isn't misleading with its pricing

I ordered a Winnie the Pooh Christmas decoration, when it arrived the box was tatty and looked like a used, not a new, item, when I opened the box Piglet's ear had been broken off and badly glued back on. I've emailed a number of times and used the online chat service but had no response from them. I managed to.get through on the phone today and they were really helpful and are sending out a replacement as soon as they can.

Ordered Friday afternoon. Wasn't expecting delivery till middle of next week. Arrived Saturday!! Lightning fast despatch and delivery. Very impressed with the service, good packaging too as it is a fragile item. Well done Gallery Gifts. So refreshing to get such a good service. 10/10 from me! I am a new customer who will certainly be ordering again in the future.

My gifts were delivered late but this was due to the courier but when they eventually arrived I was delighted with them. The Beatrice Potter figures were cheaper than I could find anywhere and the packaging was excellent.

Really pleased with my Willow Tree purchase. Prompt delivery, well packaged and exactly what I ordered. (Also cheaper than buying from Willow Tree themselves where the item was out of stock anyway.) I did placed a separate order, in the same day, with Willow Tree and it hasn’t even been dispatched yet!

I bought a graveside plaque for my Grandma. The item arrived very quickly and I was kept well informed of the progress of the delivery. The item is just what I wanted and good quality. A great experience and would recommend

The ornament I ordered was not of good quality, I sent the first one back for an exchange, collection was a nightmare, second one arrived and was no better and for the price of the item, I just couldn't justify keeping it, I was not happy to have to pay nearly £20 of my own money to have to send it back for a refund, now £20 out of pocket, it has put me off ordering from them again!

I ordered some items for my daughter who has Autism and special needs. I received an email that night to say my parcel would be delivered the next day. The parcel never arrived. I contacted the store who were very apologetic and explained that one of the items was damaged and they had to get another from their other store. They then told me that it would be with me the next day and they refunded me the postage I had paid. The next day the items still did not arrive, so I contacted them again. The person I spoke to apologised and said they would personally put it in the post themselves. When it arrived, it was well packed, and everything was good. Then on the Monday I was out, I got a call from the company to say they had sent another package to my address by mistake, and they wanted it back. I rang home and found out that it had been given to my daughter as it had her name on, and she had opened it. We have brought a few things, so she thought it was hers. I rang them back and said yes, we have the parcel. The man said we want it back tomorrow. I said I am not sure I would be in. He told me that he wanted the parcel back but when I said I might not be in he did say he would work around me. The worse thing was that he was able to arrange a tracked DPD collection for the next day after failing to deliver the first parcel as promised. Also, my daughter with autism got very distressed when I had to take back the ornament, she thought were hers, she could not understand why someone would give her something then take it back, because as she said, it had her name and address on it so it was hers. This company have caused us a lot of distress and we will not be using them again.
