Had emptied my Father's house ahead of marketing the property. Andy appreciated the situation with much empathy and planned his team to get the job done ahead of booked viewings. A refreshing experience, executed to perfection with no fuss - and very competitive rates. Full marks to the Galaxy Team.

Andrew and his team done a fantastic job doing all the carpets at our family home. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout. The carpets have been brought back to life.

I booked in Andrew and his team for end of tenancy professional cleaning and carpet washing. Andrew was brilliant every step of the way; he kept me informed and gave me his honest opinion on what could be cleaned and salvaged after our tenants vacated and left the property in a terrible state. Andrew's team worked extremely hard, keeping me posted throughout the day, and managed to restore the house to the best possible condition. The house clean was a really tough job, but Andrew's team delivered fantastic results and took away a huge amount of stress from us! Andrew and his team did an excellent job on an end of tenancy carpet clean. He was very accommodating, friendly and kept in touch with us regarding his progress. He gave us a good price which was definitely worth the money. I have used him before and I would highly recommend.

I rang Andrew about carpet and rug cleaning at our business, Lavender House Day Spa in Southport, and he came out the next day to give us a very reasonable quote. He then fitted us in to do the job the day after at a time that worked for us. Brilliant service!
Andrew and Graham arrived at the time agreed, and both were extremely polite, hard working, and courteous, moved furniture were needed, and tidied up afterwards.
The carpets and rugs look great! Just like new again!

Andrew & Graham could not have provided a better service. Turned up on time, were considerate and helpful moving items of furniture with/for us, explained the process and some of the technical stuff behind it! Gave us perfect tips for aftercare and not only charged the quoted amount but chucked in a couple of extra services for free.
Really impressed by this company, highly recommend them.

I had my living room, bedroom and mattress done and they’re like new. The products smell lovely and clean and not at all chemical like. The carpets were absolutely spotless after! Will recommend to anyone I know and I’ll definitely be booking it as an annual service!

I am so grateful to Andrew and his Team. They did a amazing end of Tenancy clean on my dads flat when he recently moved out. It was an extremely challenging job, but they did it with such care and attention.
Ever the perfectionists, there wasn't a spec of dirt or dust left once they had finished.

If anybody is looking for a great company to clean their carpets/upholstery then look no further. Andrew and Graham did a fabulous job, working so hard to deliver the best results. They were both polite, respectful and lovely, turned up on time and didn't stop. I needed carpets and furniture cleaning before family arrived from Australia so Andrew fitted me in....on a Good Friday. Now that's what I call service.

I had my carpets cleaned by Galaxy ProClean a few weeks ago and I wasn’t disappointed. I have had them cleaned by other companies but NEVER to the standard Galaxy did them. They are like Brand new.

Andrew was a great person to have in my home, just got on with the job. He was polite, courteous and very respectful of my home. The price was excellent too and I would have no hesitation in having Galaxy again and I highly recommend this company. Service second to none.
