I completed the Gala Health application after reading that I would not be charged if I was not prescribed medication. That statement was clear and important to me.
After the process, I was not prescribed any medication. When I contacted them about a refund, I was told the upfront “subscription fee” is non-refundable and I would not get my money back.
This is dishonest. The application led me to believe there would be no charge unless medication was prescribed. Charging a non-refundable subscription fee in that situation is the opposite of what was stated.
I would not recommend Gala Health. The marketing and application language do not match their actual billing and refund practices. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I have tried to do business with this company but there are too many red flags. First was the option on the website to use Affirm or Klarna in order to be able to spread payments and get lower pricing. Once payment options are reached in the process, those choices weren’t available and I was charged more than $600. I was told the proof of my prior prescription was accepted, then when undergoing my video consult, with someone I could barely understand, she had no record of it. I also got text messages from the same number used by Medvi. Sketchy. I finally just gave up and told them to refund my money. We’ll see what happens.

So my journey with Gala has come to a close after 3 months as my treatment was a fail. I was on the highest dose of tirzepatide possible with Gala because I had been with Medvi until I switched over to Gala at beginning of May. The failure is due to 2 things: 1) low efficacy medication / watered down 2) improper dosing. I have been doing a lot of research regarding peptides and these are the two common reasons people fail to lose weight ( I haven’t lost any weight and never had a side effect, ever) Not only is the wasted time and money an issue with companies like Gala and Medvi, but also the public loses faith that GLPs actually work due to poor dosing and low efficacy product.

This medicine has cut the food noise to a min for sure! I am down 15 lbs and feel great!

It's affordable and there are no membership fees or hidden costs so far

One of the worst bait and switch pricing tactics that I have seen in years. Was quoted $33/month; $99 for 3 months with free shipping. Was charged $237. I sent complaints via online support, medical portal, and e-mail. Have yet to receive an answer. I will follow up with my CC and the FTC/FCC.

such an easy experience

Very easy start with Gala Health, meds arrived as scheduled and everything I needed was in the box, nicely packaged. The Gala app has been fairly easy to use as well.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. I paid for the 3 months up front. Received half of the medication. I needed a refill and I had moved, I emailed the company for the refill and to let them know that I had moved. There was some issues with the refill on the app. It finally got settled and they shipped it to the wrong address!! I moved from Ohio to Arizona so not so easy to go get said medication! I emailed the company so many times through out this whole experience. They refuse to refund the second half or send me a new bottle. So I wasted $500!!! Also, I had used IVIM in the past and I feel like there medication worked ten times better. DO NOT USE GALA!! They steal your money and will not make things right!
