Hi Frances Chong,

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t have the experience you were hoping for, but we’d like to clear up some misunderstandings in your review.

1. Our trading indicator is trusted by thousands of users who rely on it daily, with a proven track record across multiple markets and timeframes. While no tool can guarantee 100% accuracy (and we never claim that), the indicator provides data-driven insights that many traders successfully use to make informed decisions.

2. Our optimization packages are not a requirement to achieve accuracy—they’re an option for users who want to fine-tune the indicator for specific strategies or market conditions. Many users have seen excellent results without additional packages, and customization is there for those looking for even more precision.

3. Trading inherently involves risk, and market conditions can vary drastically. This is why it’s important to manage expectations and use indicators as one tool in a broader strategy. We always emphasize the importance of proper risk management and research.

4. If you’re finding the indicator isn’t working as expected, it might be helpful to reach out to our support team. We offer personalized help to ensure you're using the tool effectively.

We encourage you to contact us directly so we can work through any issues you’re having, and help you optimize your trading strategy. Your success matters to us!

Hi imnotsuor,

We’re sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the indicator, but we’d like to address some points and clarify how it works.

1. Our indicator is designed with advanced algorithms that have been thoroughly tested by thousands of traders. It's not meant to replace basic tools like EMA or SMA, but to complement them by providing more nuanced insights that those indicators may miss. Many of our users have found significant value when using the indicator in combination with their existing strategies.

2. Results can vary depending on how the indicator is used. Market conditions and individual settings play a crucial role in its performance. If you're finding it less effective, it might be a matter of adjusting the sensitivity or applying it in different scenarios. Our support team is always available to guide you through optimizing it for your specific trading style.

3. Comparing tools like UT bot and our indicator is not a like-for-like comparison, as each tool has a different purpose and strategy. We encourage you to experiment with the settings or consult our resources to get the most out of your purchase. Many traders have had excellent results, and we’re confident that with the right adjustments, you can too.

If you’re open to it, we’d love the opportunity to assist you in getting better results with the indicator. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

Hi Grand Trade,

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the indicator, but we’d like to address some of the concerns you’ve raised.

1. Our indicator is trusted by thousands of traders who rely on it for its accuracy and effectiveness. While it may take some time to fully understand and adjust it to fit your strategy, many users have found success once they’ve optimized its use for their specific needs.

2. We offer a refund policy that’s clearly outlined, and if your request didn’t meet the requirements, we would be happy to review it again. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we always strive to resolve issues fairly.

3. Optimization products are entirely optional and not necessary for achieving success with our indicator. They are there for users who want to fine-tune their approach, but many traders achieve great results with the standard settings.

We’d be glad to help you troubleshoot any issues or walk you through how to use the tool more effectively. Please reach out so we can ensure you’re getting the most out of your purchase.

Hi Reca,

This review contains false claims that we need to address for the benefit of all readers.

1. We do not and have never required anyone to leave a review, let alone a 5-star review, in exchange for employment or any other service. This goes against our values and ethical practices. The reviews you see, including those from the Philippines, are from genuine users who have purchased and benefited from our product.

2. Our product is trusted worldwide, and we’re proud of the diverse community that supports us. We value transparency and integrity in everything we do, and we invite anyone with legitimate concerns to contact us directly. We are happy to provide assistance and ensure all our customers are satisfied.

Making baseless accusations not only misleads others but also discredits the honest feedback of real users.
