I ordered from this company and paid for priority processing, got confirmation email and an email to say it was being prepared and then nothing. I did receive my order however about 3 weeks after I ordered it but within this time I sent countless emails to customer support along with filling out the online request form and nobody ever got back to me, I was so close to reporting this site as fraudulent. On the plus side though the bracelets I ordered are beautiful and im really happy with them 😍

I want to sincerely apologise for the delay in replying to your messages. We experienced an overwhelming surge in orders recently, and unfortunately it created a backlog in both fulfillment and customer support. That’s on us, and we’re actively improving our systems to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Stay away!!!!
Ordered bracelets 18th March, immediately received confirmation email,19th March received email confirming order is being prepared, March 24th received email confirming order Shipped & given a tracking number. When Tracked it shows An Post has not yet received the parcel 14 days later, An post advised me to contact sender directly. Unfortunately they don't answer emails. I would usually never buy from sites with no contact address & number but took a chance this once..Bad move!! I think the proof of the company is shown here as they will only reply to good reviews, but ignores the customers that they have wronged. I think that speaks volumes.

Thank you for your reply, albeit 5 months after the purchase. Your apology is greatly appreciated. If you are sincere in what you have written then you should have no problem with my returning the bracelets for a full refund ( including postage ). They were bought as a present for family visiting from Australia but I never received them in the 4 weeks they were home or the 2 weeks prior to their visit. Therefore as the bracelets were so late they are of no use to me. Would that be something you are willing to, do to write your wrong?

Your order for County Bracelets was not ignored or forgotten. When an order is marked as “shipped,” it means we have prepared and packaged it, and a pre-notice is automatically sent to An Post. However, due to a surge in demand at the time of your purchase, particularly surrounding our County Bracelet release, there was a delay between fulfillment and physical handover to the courier.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with no replies to your emails. That’s on us, and we are actively improving our response time and communication process as a small team catching up after that high volume.
To be clear, we do not only reply to good reviews. We are doing our best to respond to everyone, good or bad, and take every concern seriously.

Bought for my daughter and she absolutely loves it and has yet to take off her bracelet. Lovely gift box too, seems like a new up and coming Irish brand so always happy to support, hope they bring out new pieces soon

Dodgy website
Update 8/8/25
I am unsure why it has taken over 7months for a Trustpilot response to be submitted but I have yet to receive a reply to any of the 9 emails I sent directly to customer services between 24/12 and 7/1 asking where my order was & when I would receive it and subsequently requesting a refund.
I struggle to understand why reaching out again now (over half a year later) would make a difference.
The order never did arrive which is why I submitted a fraudulent transaction to my credit card provider & fortunately they refunded me.
I will not be ordering from Gaelic Clann again & I would urge others not to either.
Update I have reported fraudulently transaction to my credit card & they are investigating.
Same as other reviews, placed order well in advance of Christmas (12th Dec) but order not delivered & no reply to my email.
The delivery tracking information sent by them doesn’t work either.
Seems to be a dodgy set up.

As for why you’re only seeing a response now, this is because we only recently claimed our Trustpilot profile, which previously existed as an unmanaged, automated listing. We had not put resources into managing this until recently, and are now actively replying to all past reviews, both positive and negative.
While we respect your decision not to order again, we strongly reject the suggestion that we are a “dodgy website.” We are a real, small Irish business, fulfilling thousands of orders and transparently donating to causes we believe in.
If your order never arrived, it was due to a courier issue outside of our control, as the parcel was dispatched on time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out again and we will make it right.

You placed your order for the Gaelic Bracelet on December 12th during the Christmas period, which unfortunately came with widespread courier delays across Ireland and the UK, delays that were entirely outside of our control.
Your order was processed and shipped on time from our end. The tracking system used by An Post sometimes takes time to update, especially during peak periods, but the parcel was indeed dispatched.
We understand how frustrating it is not to receive a reply quickly, especially around the holidays. As a small team, we were completely overwhelmed by order volume and seasonal demand, which affected our response times.
To label our business as “dodgy” or “fraudulent” is not only inaccurate, it’s damaging to a small Irish company doing its best to deliver meaningful, custom-made products. We have fulfilled thousands of orders and stand by our integrity.

While there was a delay, this was due to courier issues completely outside of our control (Christmas delivery surge). The tracking number provided was valid, and the parcel was shipped and handed over to An Post on time from our side.
