There were some issues with the acceleration. I took it to gaadizo and fixed the issue instantly and told me to take some precautions that are to be taken with a cng vehicle.

Please stop spreading fake offers in the market your vendors charges different price which you offers even they charge 500% more charges on services and on products they charge more price then MRP as well
I have been cheated by gaadizo sahibadbad vendor fit Edge Mr tahir hazi is the owner of his sahibabad vendor and I had also complaint to your customer service number but don't get any positive feedback from him

Please stop misleading the customer.

Professional Robbery

Hi All,

Below write-up is all about the crooked experience which I faced with Gaadizo while having the AC work in my Elite I20.
I contacted them somewhere in the end of February 2020, there was an issue with my AC, as it was not functioning (not cooling). They picked up my car (booking number GDZAG3188) and after reaching the workshop they diagnosed(after 4 5 hours) the problem that there is an issue in the AC cooling coil and the same needs to be replaced. Also they told me that all work which they perform comes with an assurance of minimum 3 to 4 months.
On the second day I received a call from the workshop & updated me that the condenser of the AC also needs to be changed as it is not working. I agreed with them & requested them to get it changed.
Same day (i.e. second day) I received my car in the evening. And as per our discussion the total cost of all the repair sums up to INR 7000/-.

After verifying & driving it for some odd kilometers, I noticed that there are some new issues in my car which was not earlier, same has been highlighted below.

1. AC was tripping after driving for some time.
2. There was a sound in AC while starting the car (mainly from the dashboard).
3. One part which was not assembled properly was in the front armrest.
4. Clip of the AC vent was missing.
5. Sound in steering which seems due to not fitting it properly while dismantling and placing dashboard.

After contacting them again I informed them about all the above concerns, they assured me that they will pick my car again & get all the issues resolved. No one came to pick the car in the next consecutive days.
When I contacted Gaadizo they said that the guy is not able to pick-up your car due to violence going in Jamia. I updated them that there are no such issues & I’m also going to the office daily from here.
The above situation drives to 5 6 days and after that lockdown started.

In the month of June I again started contacting them but the aligned supervisor (Mr Jeet) was not picking up the call, after N number of attempts I communicated to their main helpline, from their a new supervisor (Mr. Harshit) assigned to me, he first understands all the issues & asked me to go to the workshop, on Saturday 20th of June when I went to the workshop, the personnel were not aware that I am coming today and a new story started their that they too are facing issues with the Gaadizo as they have blocked their payments & so on….. I updated this to Mr Harshit and after their discussion over the call workshop guy told me that he will pick my car tomorrow. No one came tomorrow for pickup and after contacting Mr Harshit again & again he was also not attending my call. Then again I contacted the main helpline and now a new supervisor is assigned named Mr. Ashish. He asked me that they had contacted their partnered workshop and they will pick your vehicle & get your issue resolved. On Wednesday 8th July they picked my vehicle (Booking reference GDZAG5902) and noted down all the issues. After a day I received a call from the workshop and he updated me that for this issue we need to open your dashboard. I told them please contact Gaadizo (as I don’t know them) as they have sent the car to your workshop. Second day when I enquired again with the supervisor(Mr. Ashish) he told me that there seems to be an issue with the cooling coil, I asked them to rectify this as I have paid and the issue still persists.
He agreed upon that & told me that we have started working on the problem (this instance is of 10th July and the same day weekend lockdown started in UP). When I contacted them again on Monday they told me that they will send my car today, this story went till Thursday with apologies that it's a delay from their side. On Friday 17th July a new story comes into picture which is that I need to pay some percentage then only they will be able to resolve the issue. I completely differed on this and after escalating, Mr. Yogesh comes into picture, this guy was also not listening to this issue after some discussion he updated me that they will be now starting the work on my car and will get it delivered today (as there is lockdown on weekend). They were still not able to deliver on that day and apologized again.

On Monday i.e. today when I contacted them again they told me that there is an issue with the AC compressor. I simply asked them to return my car ASAP.
Lastly, I lost 7000 rupees and too many new issues in my vehicle.

I request all of you please beware of this CON company as they will ROB your money and will never solve your issue.

Horrible experience

Worst experience.

I would not recommend it to anyone.

I asked for generic service and coolant leakage problem.
coolant leakage is still their and they lost one of my car mats and they are giving the excuse that it might be in your car. Car cleaning was very pathetic. Please do not go to gaadizo for any car service.
