Be careful with this firm
I trade in FXIFY Futures from 1. may, with first payout no problems, but second payout firm reviewed 6 working days and today I received email about Prohibited Trading Practice.
I haven't changed my trading style since the previous payout, I have read the rules and believe I have not violated anything, the company does not explain what exactly I did wrong!
I know other traders who haven't received a payout either, and I can't buy a new challenge now, it looks like the company is having some problems.

As I mentioned before, I trade with this strategy all the time and you had no complaints against him a month ago. I have saved all my trading history and I analise one more time my trades, I can't find any trade which breaks the rules, and you can't tell me which transaction violates the rules. I have 60 trades, Best trade $1592, worst trade $-1207, profit factor is 2.51, win rate 77%,Avg. Trade Duration 11m31s .
Please ask your Compliance Team review trades one more time maybe they have made a mistake, If not, please send me which transaction I violated the rules with.

It could have been so great with FXIFY Futures.
I'm a long-time trader in the forex market, sometimes successful, sometimes not. However, my strengths lie in options and futures, which is where I feel comfortable. It is very strange that payments have been “temporarily suspended” for months. “Payments are down temporarily, please try again later” – this is either a sign that an investor has pulled out and they are now looking for a new one, or there are too many successful traders who have bankrupted Fxify Futures due to excessive payouts. Legal problems may also have arisen. Since the payment gateway at fxify.com is working smoothly, I'm guessing it's the investor. That's understandable, but you shouldn't alienate your customers like that.
Update: They now claim that they could not find me under my name, which is bogus. I do not reveal my login credentials here and the payment failure comes on EVERY surface. That´s why they offer a code on fxify.com, when you try contact the chat. Stop doing this with your customer and stay honest.
Update 2: Now they want to tell me, that information about the account remains private. Me, a German citizen with a proven and public made review. I may do not understand the trustpilot phases fully, but I will NEVER give you over this platform any of my data. The payment problem exists, or is it only with my pc, laptop, smartphone 1 and 2 and the laptop of my son and my wife and the tablet of my daughter like that? I will go to the neighbour now and have a look. Unbelievable what you trying to do here. Wouldn´t it be easier to ask the backoffice team about the reason of the Payment "temporarly" not working message ?
Update 3: I never asked you contacting ME. Fix the payment issue. For this breach of data privacy act I will deduct another star.
Update 24.06.2025: Surprise, you made it to the right team and harrased me for nothing. This unbelievable answer says it all. And the fact, that you obviously doesn´t know about it scares me much much more.

I got locked out of my account
I got locked out of my account and honestly was pretty stressed about it. I forgot my original password and was unable to reset it since they ask for the old one for confirmation. I contacted customer support and they got back to me really quickly. They were super patient and walked me through exactly what needed to be done and, in less than an hour, I had full access again. No rush, no fuss. I really appreciate how smooth they made the whole process. Thanks again team! ✅

1. No clear defined set of rules in easily reachable area on dashboard, other than *FAQ
2. Didn’t breach the account Daily Draw Down Limit, however, email sent saying I did, without any explanation what so ever “Account breach”.

I strongly advise against purchasing a challenge account from this prop firm. I bought a challenge account from them, but out of nowhere, my country was suddenly banned from using their services. To make matters worse, they did not offer any refund or compensation for the inconvenience. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers who have already paid for their services. Their lack of transparency and customer support is disappointing. If you’re considering this firm, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the risk of losing your money without any recourse.

Took the best from the two worlds : CFD and Futures
I must say that being a customer of fxpig group, i know their seriousness, and therefore it was easy to me to go for this prop firm, first with their CFD (fxify.com) then with FxifyFutures.com) I was the second trader who had a payout on Fxify Futures, i must say :
1) Trading conditions are great
2) Platform (X) is a very reactive with huge amount of useful options, based on TradingView
3) Payout process very smooth, once the payout approval received, i have received instantly in my rise account the amount
4) The support is very reactive too.
Personally I work only with 4 PropFirms, 3 of them are futures, one cfd, and I must say that experience with Fxify is enjoyable.
Maybe one point to review, is the price of the challenges it's the highest in the industry, still it comes with no recurring fee once funded except the level 2 data, no cap on payouts, 14 days for payouts, very dynamic discord and support.

Horrendous tactics
Bought an eval, made 3% in profit and they didn't allow me to renew the monthly subscription because they randomly decided to ban my country. Eval was active and in profit so waste of money and time.
Support is horrendous as well, waiting 4 days for an answer.

We’d like to clarify pricing can vary across different brokers on the platform. Our pricing is sourced directly from the CME, which may differ from other providers you see on TradingView.

Futures and CFD (Contract for Difference) firms operate differently, especially in how they get their price data.
Futures Prop Firms: These firms trade directly on regulated exchanges like the CME. They receive their price feed directly from the exchange, meaning all traders using a futures prop firm see the same market price for a given asset.
There is no broker involved in this process because trades are executed on the exchange itself.
CFD Brokers: When looking at assets like gold on platforms like TradingView, you'll notice multiple price options depending on the broker you select. This happens because CFDs are not exchange traded; each broker provides its own pricing based on liquidity providers, internal hedging, or a mix of market conditions. As a result, CFD prices can vary slightly between brokers, unlike futures prices which remain consistent across firms using the CME feed.
In short, futures pricing comes from the exchange, while CFD pricing comes from individual brokers which is why you see different prices for the same asset on TradingView depending on the broker selected.
