Communication and Recommendations
I liked the open communication lines with the accountant. I liked the thorough scrutiny on invoices and receipts which made me learn the importance of keeping these to be readily available when requested. However, I didn't like that I had to request for recommendations on how to cut down on costs.

Cost-cutting measures and profitability strategies generally fall within the scope of management accounts, which are prepared on a monthly or quarterly basis. These services are not included in existing scope of our work.
Management accounts provide key insights, including income, expenses, and cash flow, enabling business owners to track performance, make informed decisions, and plan ahead. I am a small business, Adnan and everyone at Fair View does an excellent job with my annual accounts and payroll (and all the other things I am clueless about!). Good value for money and highly responsive. I have used him for 3+ years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
