Order took one day short of three weeks to arrive with no direct communication to me to set expectations.
Slightly disappointed as this is a mystery item that the actual item that was picked was shown on my Shop app after purchase so was not a surprise when opening package (understand that they may have had to do this as that’s the way the Shop app works, but still bit frustrating).
Package arrived in good condition, I like the branded packaging it came in. It would have been nice to have had a little thank you card inside but I did pay just for a sweater and a sweater is what I got.
The jumper is thick material, quality is good and is something I see myself wearing so with that I’m happy. I think the sweater is priced at the right price in the sale, anything more and I think that’s too much for it.

The quality is lovely and the jumper I ordered is gorgeous and has a lovely fleece lining. The issue I have with it is the sizing, which seems off. I heard the items come up a bit small but didn’t realise how inconsistent the sizing is within the item itself. For reference I am a UK size 16 and ordered the jumper in XXXL to get a nice oversized fit. The jumper itself is huge (or nice and oversized) but the ribbed bottom of it is so tight that it is extremely unflattering. Someone whose actual size is a 3XL would not be able to fit into it due to the tight hip band, which is more like a size L.

I am conflicted because the quality is great, I just struggle to own a £55 jumper that fits so oddly I won’t feel confident wearing it out of the house. If the hip band was looser, the jumper would be lovely! Maybe this is something the Future Self team could consider in making their sizing more inclusive :)

Another thing to note is that in order to return items, you have to pay postage, which I understand from a small business perspective, but it does mean if you order something and it doesn’t fit and you have to send it back, you do end up losing money with both delivery and return postage costs.

So impressed with this company. The quality is brilliant and the packaging was fab.

I bought some joggers in the sale and they were a little small. However customer service was super helpful, and whilst I didn’t get to the post office in time to return them, I decided to keep them as I’m hoping to lose some weight (plus having to pay to return was a little frustrating, but it’s a small company so I get it!). In the meantime I got a size up to tide me over (again a great price in the sale!).

Love the colours - they are unique as far as I can tell - and I love the quality (though not washed them yet). Will definitely buy again.

Very helpful staff available online to answer queries. My order came in recyclable packaging, which is fantastic. In addition, the sweatshirt is absolutely lush and warm for the upcoming autumn & winter months. The colour is unique and will bring some extra light into those dark mornings.

Emailed November 15 asking about their prices that were too expensive. Asked for a discount or promo item(s) to be sent to me if possible. Told them how disappointed I was in their company, that all they care about is making money, they don’t do giveaways or contests as many other brands from YouTube creators do. Very long, heartfelt letter I spent over and hour writing. They ignored me. When I went public on Instagram, they asked what the problem was. I told them and they then ignored me further. As of writing, it is now November 27th, they did not provide any customer service whatsoever, though their website clearly states that they will get back to you within something like 72 hours. A bold lie. Really horrible, overpriced, inconsiderate, selfish company. Obviously will never buy from them, can’t even afford it.
