Very helpful and friendly. We are so glad we went with Sian. She helped us every step of the way and talked us through it all. Thank you!

Our mortgage was up for renewal and we returned to Sian and FPWM to help us with this. Sian provided excellent advice and found us the most suitable mortgage for our circumstances, adjusting to an even better offer when new information arose during the process. Knowledge of the subject of pensions is very impressive indeed, so for that part of hte service, 5 out of 5.

Where I was less impressed, was being asked back to the office no less than 4 times, to re sign paperwork repeately, becuase, as I was advised, my fountain pen had too broad a nib, to fit all of my signatuires in the box in which it must fit !!

Time after time, I had ot go back and re sign. It would have been better if I had been advised to use a ball point pen, on round one of the signature marathion !

Never mind, all good now !

I would highly recommend Future Planning. We worked with Sanjay on plans for retirement - translating our initial ideas and many questions about when we could retire and what type of lifestyle we could afford into a detailed plan providing clarity and reassurance for the future. The assessment of our current financial situation mapped against our future objectives was very detailed with Sanjay prompting us to consider things we'd never have come up with on our own. We discussed many scenarios and options with Sanjay guiding us through the process and always willing to spend time to get to know us and ensure we understood concepts we'd never had much previous exposure to and sharing the experience of others in similar situations. My experience with Future Planning has been excellent, you are kept fully informed on a monthly basis on all transactions on your account. More importantly the percentage increase has always been more than anticipated.

Sanjay is very helpful and knowledgeable. I went to him when he was first starting out many years ago after I made some very silly investment decisions and he has worked hard to get my SIPP back on track. He is happy to explain everything and listens to what you have to say, then offers advice based on your individual circumstances. My partner and I were very impressed using Future Planning. Sian, our personal adviser, was extremely helpful in terms of finding us the best mortgage, however it didn’t stop there. She continuously supported us throughout the entire process of moving, exceeding beyond our expectations. This involved addressing any setbacks with our move and finding appropriate solutions, guiding us when looking at contents insurance/life cover that suited our needs and consistently keeping in regular contact with us to monitor the status of the move.
Not only did we feel our financial needs were met, but we also felt very supported socially with regards to her personal advice and guidance she offered, that was tailored specifically to our needs. We both highly recommend Future Planning and will certainly use again.

I began looking for a flat in Jan 2020 and opened communication with Future Planning in February. I dealt primarily with a Sian Hewson. For a first time buyer relatively naive about the process she was fantastic at explaining everything that was going to happen and the process in full.

With Covid 19 came the inevitable delays she made sure I was aware exactly when she was furloughed and who would be covering her while she was off. My understanding of what was happening when dealing with her replacement was considerably worse and I got very little information having to chase for everything.

Once she returned to work I get more confident and things began moving forwards again (as others also returned solicitors etc) Sian was excellent at explaining things to me and ensuring I had all the information I needed to keep things running smoothly.

Based on her service personally I would highly recommend using the company. Overall I was successfully able to buy my first property with a mortgage I was comfortable with. She helped streamline the process and made life easier for me.

As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions. I was lucky enough to have Sian support me through the mortgage process. Sian talked through the questions I had, responded quickly to emails and gave continual support throughout the process. Not only that, but Sian helped with other areas of financial planning and referred me where necessary to ensure I had the best guidance possible. I cannot recommend her enough.
