Misleading advertising
This company can improve by being more transparent in their advertising. I purchased Sublab XL, thinking I was going to get all the sounds/features being advertised on their youtube channel as “this is what SubLab XL can do,” but it turns out there’s only 100 presets if that None of them sound cool. Nothing you can’t get with Serum or another soft synth. Their business model requires you to keep spending money with them and buying “expansion packs” instead of providing you with a comprehensive product. When I emailed them about it, they didn’t apologize for misleading me or offer to let me return the license or refund me or make it right. They were basically like, “Sorry you’re disappointed. Yep, we get why you’re upset. Cool. Thanks.” This company is lame. Their synth is a waste of time, and that’s that.

User Friendly.
Not heavy load on the CPU.
Works with My D.A.W Flawlessly.

Transaction went smoothly. Not sure if I missed it, but there should be a notice about compatibility with operating systems.
I'm just learning SubXL is not yet working on Sequoia.

Hi David, sorry to hear that your orders were placed on hold. Our payments are processed by a third party payment processing company so we don't have control over which orders are placed on hold, unfortunately. I looked up your information in our system and it looks like you were able to place your most recent order successfully. We hope you enjoy your expansion packs and apologies for the inconvenience 🙏
Very goods sounds I trust

BASS IS THE EXHAUST PIPES OF MUSIC!!
FROM AD TO PURCHASE TO DELIVERY This has all been a calling to begin now my musical journey. I had been waiting for something out of the box to smash my ears 👂 because bass is like the exhaust of music; no matter how good the sounds of everything else a big bass is the banshee of any good music, that’s a fact and SubBass XL is like an overhaul of the SubBass itself where you’ve giving anyone and everyone the pencil. NOW THE COMPETITION IS FAIR!!
