VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TABLET
I ordered and received the FWIN232 PRO N5 RUGGED. I am still setting it up, but I am very impressed with the tablet. I would buy it again and will be recommending it to others. That said, my real rating is closer to 4.5, due to a design issue with the silicone shell. I have solved that issue with a self fabricated insert and will detail that issue separately in a feedback email.

I had a problem with my LAPBOOK S15 N2…
I had a problem with my LAPBOOK S15 N2 V5 16G. I couldn't get the Touchpad to work. Both Geoff and Eve from Fusion5 support were very helpful and helped me check the hardware drivers were installed correctly and solved the problem by checking that the touchpad was toggled on by FN and F9.

Great experience with ordering both the Lapbook and Android tablet. Unfortunately, the Fusion5 Android tablet did not meet expectations. I requested a return and was able to initiate return with no issues. The 16" Lapbook is a great value at current price. Had initial problem adding 2nd SSD but a quick response from support team resolved issue quickly. I've been involved with PCs (building, programming, and selling) since the 1970's. I highly recommend Fusion5.

Shipping and packaging was great. Some additional item specific information added about item would have been nice. Price was great and adding the magnetic keyboard is a plus when purchasing. Would be nice if additional accessories were offered at the time of purchasing, i.e. screen protectors, case, etc.

Had an issue with my Lapbook SSD…
Had an issue with my Lapbook SSD failure. Even though it was out of warranty Fusion5 admitted that the ssd should not fail so quickly and asked me to return to them (they paid delivery) for inspection. SSD was replaced and returned to me ready for me to rebuild Lapbook. Great service and I am very grateful.

Laptop purchase
After buying a laptop from Fusion5, I was faced with a problematic glitch of windows not loading. This company undoubtedly excel at Customer Service and after prompt emails with Tina and then a very helpful Geoff, a new replacement was sent and I am now up and running and enjoying my new device which is excellent.
It goes a long way to have a Company that provides fantastic customer service, as what was initially a negative got turned around into a resounding positive. Would highly recommend based on the service provided. Thank you 😊👍

Quick repairs at a fair price
I recently cracked the touchscreen on my 3 year old Fusion tablet by careless handling. I contacted Fusion and they replaced the touchscreen and returned the tablet to me very quickly and at a very fair price

T90+N100
I purchased a T90+N100 two years ago and can honestly say that I am truly pleased with its performance. The laptop was purchased for my wife and we initially had one small issue with the screen freezing but the team at Fusion advised us a simple fix in the power settings. No other issues have been experienced in the two years. Recently I contacted Fusion to seek advice on updating any drives and once again they responded swiftly and provided me a link to get the updates. Overall I have been impressed with the laptop and the professional support shown by the Fusion Team. Well done keep up the great work
