The guys who installed the panels and equipment were both efficient and professional

We are very satisfied with our recent installation of 20 panels by this company. We had to wait due to increased demand which is positive for the world. Pricing was fair, the installation took two days as they said and the black panels actually look smart on our roof. All workmen involved were courteous, thorough and hardworking. The app. shows us what is happening in real time. An added bonus is that the roof space is cooler in the current hot weather.

Due to the size of our system and the 5Kw inverter a DNO was required by our power company and this was managed seamlessly by Fusion-8 as was all the other paperwork and guarantees etc
A lot of companies are offering solar systems these days and it's a minefield to find one you can trust when spending so much money

Everything went very smoothly, from the initial consultation to the final install.
Fusion-8 were far more professional that the other organisations I spoke to, and my confidence in them was well placed.

Scaffolding and installers arrived on scheduled dates. The two installers knew their job very well and fitted the installation perfectly to specification within two days. They left us with enough information to understand how the battery and inverter worked and pointed us to the Givenergy web site which has enabled us to tune the inverter to our energy supply tariff. In this sunny weather we are drawing very minimal power from the grid, and exporting most of the solar power back to the grid. We are delighted with the result.

Everything went so smoothly. The install team were efficient and considerate. The support from Fusion8 at every stage was excellent and the outcome is all I could have wished for.

After several quotes from companies that wanted to sell their preferred equipment I was fortunate to come across Fusion8 and boy what a stupendous company to deal with. From an instantaneous quote to a follow up call at my preferred time the next day from Rob who listened to what I actually wanted installed. Everything is then handled via your online portal with live chat or if you wish pick up the phone and it's always answered along with any questions or queries that you may have. Scaffolding and installation was carried out on the dates agreed and both teams went the extra mile and all friendly and knowledgeable. The installation team hit a snag with the house earthing system and promptly found a solution without stopping the installation. The solar system which consists of a 4.65kw array over 3 roof faces and Givenergy Hybrid inverter along with a Gen 2 9.5kw battery is working it's magic and with the good weather at the moment using Zero electric from the grid. Well done Fusion8 your a credit to the Solar industry and would highly recommend to anyone.

Design and figures accurate, arrived and installed on time, good support team behind the system, installation team knew what they were doing clean and efficient. Recommend Fusion 8 to family and friends.

Fusion8 were very well organised and the whole installation process was very slick and professional, with a good job done by all concerned (and they were a friendly bunch who went the extra mile). The response via the contact email address was excellent.
I did feel that a little more time could have been spent with us explaining the options more fully and discussing the best option for us. As another reviewer found, I assumed the set-up would be able to provide power in a power-cut, but gathered from the installers this was an option that hadn't been drawn to our attention.
I am happy with where we ended up, but could easily have ended up with something less satisfactory.

We received an excellent service from Fusion 8 from the Design and Installation teams to the follow up provision of necessary documents for the solar panel installation. All very professional from start to finish and we are delighted with the result.

Due to the nature of our install via HCC and EHDC bidding process, the agreements and install took a little while to get going. However, once the install date was confirmed it all went to plan, the fitters James and Nathan were most excellent, friendly, chatty, hard working, despite the weather and open to questions re the install. And very clean and tidy.

The work was completed in around 6 hours as opposed to the two days that was quoted. The team arrived on time, were very polite and tidy and did what I expected of them. My only small complaint is that I was not made aware that the system would go through a battery calibration and effectively charge from the grid overnight.
