Happy with our cupboards. Manu was good answering all my questions and was able to get the team in within about a week of confirming the booking. The team who did the installation were v polite and cleaned up after themselves. Probably good to advise clients to use more dust sheets! - we moved stuff out of the way but didn't realise how much dust would travel and cover things. Not the end of the world tho. Will be getting Manu back to install a bathroom cupboard.

I recently had a in built sliding door wardrobe fitted in by them and i couldnt be more pleased. Manu was so helpful throughout the whole process and was very quick in rearranging any things i didnt like and making the required changes. Their team did an excellent job with the work and finish of the wardrobe. I couldnt be more happy with their work. Would definitely recommend

What can i say, excellent service. From talking to Manu and discussing our ideas to him and his team making it a reality, we could not be more pleased. He even came up with counter ideas which were great and shows that he knows his stuff. The fitters were really friendly and cleaned up after themselves and always willing to help.

Manu and team did an excellent job fitting out the rooms in our home with made to measure furniture. They were both fast and accurate and completed some snagging as required. Highly recommended

Manu and his team has done a great job in installing fitted wardrobes in one of the bedrooms. He has done for 1/3rd the price quoted by Sharps. The quality of the wardrobe and the workmanship was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Design visit was straight to the point, with Manu being very professional but also honest in his recommendations, which immediately made us feel like we were in safe hands.

Wardrobes were put together within 1 day, high quality and very good value for money. Would highly recommend using the services, I was throughly impressed.

We went with Manu and Team over Hammonds and were really pleased with our decision. Hammonds wanted to replace the whole sliding mirror front for, which was perfectly, at a very substantial cost.

Furniture Makers listened, advised, were flexible and offered a great service for a great price, with a quick turnaround (without any of the boiler plate sales pitch nonsense).

Definitely recommend. I'll be contacting them again when we get a new house.

The design appointment was astonishingly quick and efficient, with a laser measure used to capture dimensions, compared to the Hammonds man bumbling around with a tape measure for nearly 2 hours. Wardrobes in 2 bedrooms and a dressing room were exactly as wanted and the installers were polite and tidy workers. A mirror was missed in one of the rooms but the team returned to fit it with no problem. I would recommend.

Manu and the Furnituremaker team were a pleasure to work with. From the initial consultation, to a really reasonable quotation right through to install. The team worked tirelessly through the day to complete three different projects including a custom fitted wardrobe and under stair cupboard. Couldn’t recommend Manu highly enough

Manu and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Measurements were taken to precision. The fitted wardrobes and dresser was done to spec and very quickly. We were impressed with the speed, the quality of work, the flexibility & communication. The team did a great job of clearing up after themselves too!

Absolutely amazing work. So fast, did exactly what i asked for. I wish i had made the draws a little deeper but that's my fault not theirs . If i had said in time they would have. So polite,cleaned up after themselves. Reccomending them to a family member as we speak!!!

Make sure NOT to avail any kind of business from them.

Main reasons of above statement is dishonesty, zero customer orientation, zero zeal to assist. Absolutely un-trustworthy & unethical business practices. Proprietors are youngsters from abroad who don’t know how things works in the UK.

Forget about after sales expectations, you cannot get support even for new orders from new customers who well in advance committed that services is all what matters for us. First order was an emergency mattress where delivery was expected asap as new bed was customised thus had no mattress. During placing order tentative delivery date was given next day but after following ups over whatsapp texts this delivery window was changed to 7 days.

Details are , Order placed on 16th June 2023 where delivery was committed next day, which was changed to 7 days delivery window by end of the day that too after repetitive follow ups on confirmation on delivery date and on the date of delivery i.e. 24th June 2023 after several follows ups over whatsapp texts and phone calls almost after 13:00 I was texted that delivery cannot be possible on said date.

Would you still go for this trader? Where it was told if services and product is good, we will place order for 5 more mattresses for whole house needed change due to few years old. But trader have attitude of WHO CARES.

If a trader cannot be trusted for services of new orders, how can you trust products and after sales services.

Only thing honest about this trader was when I order Manu for refund due to dishonesty, it was made on immediate basis without any further harassment. But overall his dishonesty wasted my 7 days with no luck at all.

I won't recommend this trader even to enemies.
