Professional & reliable company
This a genuinely professional and reliable company, which is a rarity these days. They responded to my e-mails promptly and they helped me while I was choosing the right wardrobe for my bedroom. On top of this they offer an excellent and fast delivery & assembly service to the room of your choice, and recycle all the packaging. All for a very good price. Our communal staircase is narrow, so is the entry hall, and I was worried about the delivery, but all went well. Some companies just sell you a wardrobe, this company helps you from the start till the end. Highly recommended!!!

Poor customer service
Actually I posted my review onto the wrong company!
I was not happy at all with this company:
I ordered three sets of drawers from this company and although the quality itself is fine, the colour was nothing like what was advertised on the website. The product was described and shown as champagne, but in reality all three pieces arrived with very noticeable olive green undertones that do not match my existing bedroom furniture at all.
Even the delivery men commented that the furniture often arrives in different colour tones, which suggests this is a known issue rather than simply a screen or lighting difference.
I decided to keep the furniture because returning three assembled sets would have been extremely inconvenient, but I now have the additional expense of having them professionally repainted so they actually match my room.
I contacted customer services asking for a reasonable contribution towards the repainting costs, but despite acknowledging my disappointment, they refused any goodwill gesture or reimbursement. Their response focused on colours appearing differently due to screens and lighting, which does not reflect the extent of the difference between what was advertised and what arrived.
Disappointing customer service experience and very frustrating considering the amount spent.

Good quality furniture
Good quality furniture. The dining table and chairs we purchased look really good and seem to be well made - we enjoy using them. The area where improvements could be made with this website is with the delivery - we had minimal information given about when to expect our items and then the deliveries were made on 2 separate days for some strange reason.

Ordered wardrobe on 4th March
Ordered wardrobe on 4th March. Arrived 1st May 26 with assembly assured. Two attempts at assembly but each time they couldn,t do. Both times they did,nt have any tools. Waiting for a third attempt on Monday 11th May. Very upset Been without a wardrobe for over two months now. See what happens Monday

Good design but delivery and assembly tricky
I very much like the dresser I bought although there is a blemish on the interior of it.
Delivery men wouldn’t bring it beyond the front door.
I was very lucky in having a neighbour who helped move it to the back of my flat. Very disconcerted by the HUGE amount of packaging wrapping the dresser which was a nightmare to dispose of…. Acres and acres of cardboard and polystyrene.
On balance I’m pleased with the look and function of it, but it would be good if the company or delivery firm could arrange for better assistance with positioning such a large piece of very expensive furniture and also taking away all the packaging.
