I have had a great experience working with Furnish365Trade and would recommend them to other professionals. I purchased both lower and higher-end sofas, and both were excellent. The Aluxo Astoria is an exquisite piece, beautifully finished, and of great quality. The lower-priced pieces I bought for home staging were also impressive for the price I paid; they photographed really well. While the quality was standard, considering the fraction of the high street price I paid, I have no complaints. Overall, Furnish365Trade is a 5-star retailer that I love and will continue to purchase from.

Considering the price of the items. The service is disgraceful. They fail to tell you have to pay £50 delivery fee until the night before. They come and thrown it in my house In boxes. Single woman and they expect me to put a marble table together. I’ve ordered a few times from here before and spend a lot of money. But Will not be ordering again the service is shocking not what it used to be!

Where can i start with furnish365 i have a 5 month old marble table That was advertised as marble But is actually a cheap marble coating My table coating has started to come away As it is still under guarantee I tried contacting furnish365 After messageing them on Instagram and Facebook To complain I was given incorrect email addresses Eventually after 4 weeks I had a reply From the appalling customer service member terri who accused me of damaging my own table was extremely rude And is not the correct procedure or manner to deal with a faulty table so if you think your buying a marble table your not its a cheap marble coating and they try and get out of the gurantee if i could give this company 0 i would ive now contacted financial ombusmand who are looking in to my complaint so i would not recommened purchasing anything from furnish365

Do not buy from this company 😡 Bought a dining table almost 3 weeks ago which was delivered damaged. Then they informed us that we should have checked the items before the courier left, however the driver dropped the boxes at the door and left. To top that they informed me via text message that they wouldn’t be replacing it and then lied saying that we told the delivery driver that we didn’t need to check the items and to just leave them at the door. 😡😡😡 Never will I be purchasing from this shambles of a company again!!!!

Ordered from this company 6 months ago and still waiting. Full of excuses. Joke of a company. AVOID if you don’t wanna be ripped off

Would definitely not recommend this company as i have a disabled child with cerebral palsy and she’s got no table to eat from now as I got a 2 meter marble table and eight knockabout chairs delivered a month ago now and table had a big chip out of it on delivery now the company said they would replace it or give me £100 back which is what I had to pay for it been delivered and for it to be built up which I thought that was an absolute cheek to even offer me that who unearth would want to keep a table that is chipped .
As I did suggested they gave me my money back but they where admit they would replace it as Legally I had to give them time to do this. As it’s now well over a month ago as they said they had a replacement coming in to them there on the 12th of August but now they’re not even answering my messages as that was the only way you could only get hold of them a I have tried for weeks now which I think is very unprofessional for a company you can’t even phone them as the number they’ve got know one ever answers . So I have now had to resort to getting a solicitor involved ,It’s terrible when a family in these times has to go down this route and spend money on solicitors ,money that can be used on other more important things . So be aware of them before you buy anything from them if they can do this to a family with a child with cerebral palsy they will do it to anyone . They
are a appalling company they don’t care the customer services totally stinks once they get your money they don’t care about you so be aware

Received my table and chairs today can honestly say this company was very helpful when ordering very quick at getting back to me and very quick delivery Thank you so much!

I brought a table and chairs from this company in February we are now in the middle of July and they have still not sorted my issues I have been fobbed off over and over again. My chairs arrived damaged from the bottom it was not resolved until May. My one chair the leg was loose uneven and damaged this has still not been resolved !! Every time I contact them I’m fobbed off I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Had my beautiful table delivered today. It’s absolutely stunning 😍 very happy with the service, cannot fault them at all 👍

My windsor corner sofa was delivered yesterday I am so pleased with it we purchased one of these 3 years ago for the conservatory which we still have have and why we purchased another quality is excellent and service the same quick delivery very pleased with it ..

Ordered a sofa and dining set.... came 3 week later than planned and I’m still stuck with a dining set that I can’t put up as the screws are missing! Numerous emails later and calls and still none have been delivered 7 month later.

The sofa also arrive damaged and they only sent the replacement cushion covers about 3 month after I ordered it following many emails and phone calls.

Everything is very poor quality and the studs are falling out of the chairs. Some were missing when they are arrived.

I would not recommend them to anyone..... do not waste your money on the cheap rubbish and poor customer service. There are much better shops more local so do your research before you buy anything.

So glad I didn’t read the reviews before buying as they could of put me off getting in touch! Thank god I didn’t as I am so happy with the full service received from Furnish 365, excellent service from start to finish, even helped me load in to my car. The table and chairs was fully cover protected, stunning table at a really good price. Very happy customer and will be visiting again.

absolutely shocking service from this company.
my boyfriend ordered a bed and was told it was £49 delivery.
a couple of days later, you said it was actually £99 delivery, he queried this and was told they would honour the original delivery price as it was confirmed in writing.
the order went through and he was told it would be delivered on 13/03 but wasn’t given a timeframe. he needed to get the time off work to make sure he was home but wasn’t told a time ever.
he messaged a couple of times a few days prior to delivery and received no response until the morning of 13/03 which was a call stating that you had cancelled the order because you’re not making any profit on it and you now wanted him to pay £150 for the delivery of the bed.
i personally ordered a bed from you in february and only paid £79 delivery and we live very close by.
he offered to compromise and pay an additional £20 towards delivery as he needed a new bed as he has been without one.
i called and was just told sorry nothing we can do which is not acceptable, you then told me that as a gesture of goodwill you would offer a discount in the future... if you can offer one in the future, then offer one now to retain custom.
i’ve raised a complaint via email and heard nothing back, and i probably won’t either.
bad customer service, stay away.

I am very delighted with the sofa, from the moment I saw the sofa and sent a message, they were always delicate even with the payment. Very good store. Very good customer service. For the first time to buy with furnish I will continue to buy.
