Terrible!! I placed an order through B&Q with Furnico being a "trusted seller". Order was placed on 7th Aug for 2 couches. Told deliver would be latest 3rd Sep and I would be called to confirm date and time. It is now 22nd Sep, I have sent numerous forms, emails and called their contact number found online. Its just rings out. B&Q have been not much help, have spent 3 times on hold to a specialist department who I am yet to even speak to as have been on hold for 20 mins plus each time before I hang up. This is the worst service I have ever recieved.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star the company is an absolute joke. They told me my sofa would be delivered within 7 to 14 days 4 1/2 weeks later still haven’t got it asked for my money back and to speak to their manager because they asked me to do it through email over a week later and still haven’t heard nothing I would absolutely avoid this company. They are scam artists it’s disgusting how rude and unprofessional they are and constantly lie. Never never order from this place you’ll have a massive disappointment. How they are up and still running, I do not know they should be shut down and reported

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID these lying cheating con merchants ,a disgusting company who have their employees constantly lying to honest customers who have ordered products expecting a descent service , how they can sleep at night knowing that they are constantly lying about deliveries , which they know will never arrive , promised 7-14 days delivery for a £1250 garden set , i rang every week being told next week next week , after 10 weeks I finally had enough, and raised it with their manager, promised 7 times they would contact me , another lie , finally cancelled and asked for a refund , I knew they wouldn’t issue one so raised it with pay pal and got my refund after 10 days, this is the worst company by a million miles i have ever dealt with , completely dishonest and disgusting company 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Superb company, ordered multiple items over different periods of time, very good quality and going strong years later
Misleading info, poor service, order not received or refunded !
Placed an order for some furniture on the 6th July that they were showing in stock with express delivery window of 1 to 3 Days.
Heard nothing from them after the payment and order confirmation so emailed them on the 9th for an update, had no reply.
Phoned them on the 14th July for an update and was told it was now a 4 to 6 week wait!
Asked them to cancel the order, they agreed! I received no confirmation of the cancellation so emailed the day after on the 15th to confirm they had processed the cancellation and again no reply!
Phoned them on the 22nd of July as still no confirmation or sign of any refund! They said that’s cancelled, and I then received an update to the original email saying order cancelled, but no refund had been processed!
It’s now August 1st and still no refund or any further contact!
Really poor communication and service!

They will take your money and never deliver. You will speak to different people telling you different lead times on delivery. I waited 6 weeks and nothing even though I was promised delivery after two.
Eventually I was promised a refund that has never turned up on my credit card.
Amex have refunded me and sorting it out.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Don't deserve 1 star. Absolute time wasting shame of a company who blatantly lie when you call them. Cancelled my order today after 10 weeks when they told me two days ago it would be delivered by this Sunday. Finance companies are dropping them for good reason, they will be bust soon enough and rightly so!

If i could put a minus star I would. They took the money and kept promising they would deliver. Paid £1278 cash for garden furniture. After 8 weeks no delivery date I cancelled the order. Was waiting 3 weeks for my refund decided to get my bank involved as thought the company are scammers. Lloyds Bank refunded the money to us and they are pursuing this company for the cash. DO NOT PAY CASH OR ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT TO FURNICO LIVING. I believe this company uses peoples cash as an "interest free cashflow". I originally paid on 8th May 2025 as at 10th July 2025 had received neither furniture and/or cash hence reason I got bank involved as mentioned Lloyds Bank refunded us. As far as I am aware as at 16.07.25 the bank are waiting for the company to refund them.

I fell into the same trap as most other people on here, I ordered my garden furniture through B&Q with furnico as the verified seller, this was back in May, after numerous calls and emails to both B&Q and furnico direct I was continually told, they would contact me once the furniture was ready, this went on for months, so in the end I cancelled the order and had a refund, which I suppose it lucky as most other people haven’t had that, if you can not supply items and stick to the delivery dates given then you shouldn’t be trading!

Awful experience and would avoid at all costs. Ordered a TV entertainment unit in January, after waiting months for delivery and chasing with little response or updates I finally spoke to someone to be told that 6 months after placing the order management had decided to cancel it without speaking to me or even refunding me!! Another 2 weeks later and I’m still chasing for my refund - absolutely shocking company and would leave less than a 1 star rating if I could
rude customer service lady & misleading
I loved the outdoor sofa and table set this company advertised
I called a few times to check lead times, latest delivery dates, check it was in stock etc as we had a garden party planned as our new garden is finished
I was reassure the delivery will be within 3 weeks
When I ordered the lead time was dispatch within 2-3 days
I ordered and got a call and the company to confirm (call was ended after 1 ring) I called back and the girl advised it will be dispatched within 7-10 days
I explained I had a party and I was advised I would have the goods within 3 weeks still
It has been a little over 3 weeks from ordering and I chased to advise if it was on track so I could make sure I was home
The girl advised it was all okay and I will get the delivery soon and driver will call the day before
A few hours after I chased I got an email to advise my item was no longer available after waiting almost 4 weeks
I called to ask why I was told it was in stock and why if it was discontinued and if I can re order as I liked the set - I was told to email which I did
I heard nothing back and kept calling in which I kept getting told to send an email
They then told me they had no emails from me when I was replying to the emails they sent me
I then asked for them to email me so I could reply. Still no response
I then called again and spoke to the girl who promised the delivery and changed the lead time
I asked why it was cancelled and at first she said that “the price has gone up” when I advise you cannot just change your price after someone has purchased
She then changed her mind and said the supplier ran out of stock and had to get from a more expensive supplier
I also asked why I was reassured it was in stock she said it was
My sons birthday party did not go ahead as family had no where to sit
I have still not had any replies from May (it’s now July)
I really wanted the set but this company is not reliable and the girl who I spoke to (not Lillie) is so rude, she makes you feel like you’re causing her a problem
Very rude with how she speaks and no care for customers
What a shame, this is why people purchase from Amazon instead of small companies
If it wasn’t for the rude lady I would have just purchased again at the higher price

Absolutely awful company! I ordered a garden set from these clowns, wasnt cheap either, that was just over 8 weeks ago... I still haven't received it,sick of chasing them by email or phone,they never follow through with there constant promises to call me back with a delivery date 😡😡 I'm absolutely fuming... I'm having a party this weekend but no one will have anywhere to sit 😡 disgusting service avoid at all costs,they will take the money from you no problem tho 🤬🤬

I ordered garden furniture via b&q not realising I was actually buying from this dreadful company. It has gone past delivery date and I have not received one response from them when I have queried where the delivery is. I have asked for a refund and nothing. B&q are being useless too. My bank says I have paid them but b&q state I need to resolve it with the seller who won't respond. Luckily I have paid via PayPal so I have raised it with them.
Misleading advertising and poor management
Having now read other reviews it is clear that this company have fundamental operational issues. We purchased garden furniture to the value of £1200 which was displayed on the website as a 8 day delivery lead time with a typical delivery in 2-3 days, this worked well with our timelines. As day 8 approached i got in touch hearing nothing to get a message back saying this item takes 1-4 weeks and you will get notification when its ready for delivery. As this did not work for us i rang and cancelled the order. I was advised it would be looked at by the manager on Friday ( the day for refunds apparently). and sent to the accounts dept. Not hearing anything on the following Monday i sent an email saying can you confirm this has taken place. Again waiting to the Thursday with no reply i rang them, only to be advised that there seems to be an issue and they would contact the manager to get this resolved. I asked for a call back which of course did not happen so rang again friday afternoon. Only to be advised this has been processed and not sure what the issue was, i asked for the reference number which the advisor said they could not see so would talk to the manager and email me, again this did not happen so rang again on the Monday, while over the weekend sending further emails to complaints and info addressees and i raised a query through pay pal, On Monday i was finally given a reference so i contacted Pay pal to be told that's the original order reference and no refund has been made, they escalated the case. On Tuesday i then get an email from complaints apologising for all the issues and they would talk to the manager and get resolved quickly. There was never any further contact, nor did they answer the escalated case. So after 10 days paypal refunded me, my advise is to purchase elsewhere unless the company sort out their customer service you will get fobbed off and have to take matters into your own hands.

Very disappointed with this company.Paid £1200 for a good and they delivered a faulty sofabed.4 months passed didn’t find resolution. Even after several emails to complain team they are totally ignoring me no compensation ,no return!! Wouldn’t recommend for anybody
