I ordered some NBA shirts for my kids they absolutely love it they have a good selection too!

Recieved order on time and the shirts look great. Only one problem is the one shirt I ordered is supposed to have a pocket and it does not. Sent email with shirt label attached and have gotten no response. I agree the support team in the U.S. should have a phone number listed.

There is no customer service number, which is super inconvenient for the working person's. I have emailed with no response, my shoes I ordered is later than the company promised with us unprofessional considering it was a birthday present and zero communication on the companies part. Also if you cannot get a refund, there needs to be availability for immediate assistance. Customer service is lacking all around the board. I will tell all my friends on social media and in person the very big displeasure and experience I have had.

P.s. still waiting on my shoe order...and still no email reply

I have not received my package and it’s now telling me there’s an error when I put in my order number. There has been no communication and I have not received a refund.

Items made with poor quality material. Apron looked different than the picture chose.

Great customer service in response to size questions. Product shipped in timely manner. Old English sheepdog shorts were super cute and comfortable! Fun addition to our vacation on the beach!

I still have yet to receive this late birthday present. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. It's been 2 weeks since this was ordered. I did send an email asking when I would receive this and was told it was waiting to be picked by USPS and it would be a few days. Again, you all need to figure out a better shipping process and rate!

The rug is so cute and true to size. Mini- Aussie looks just like mine.

The company did fine as far as ordering and delivering. However the mat is thinner than expected for the higher quality mat and it comes folded in quarters. I’m hoping that the folds will flatten quickly.

Quality of shirt is excellent. Irons nicely.
It has Chihuahua’s all over the fabric. That’s why I bought it.

Was worried about buying over Internet, but everything was delivered as described... good quality flag and custom named was great. Took about 3 weeks for delivery because of the custom printing - to be expected... liked it so much, I bought another for your daughter's Jack Russell

Unfortunately, I can’t give this more than a 1 star review. I received my phone case and two of the names were cut-off at the bottom. I’ve reached out to this company twice about the issue with no response. I’m sure you can find this same product from other vendors and I’d suggest going with another vendor.

SCAM site. Do not order from this company. It is based out of China. I ordered a metal sign. They offered free shipping if you provide your email address. I was still charged shipping. My order was confirmed but has never been fulfilled. It is still showing not shipped after a week. I have attempted to chat live. No response. There is no phone number to contact them.
Most reviews State people are not getting what they ordered or poor quality. I am disputing their charge through my credit card company as I have not received what I ordered.

My friend lost her mini pin dog and I wanted her 2 have a remembrance of her. She was happy 2 get this boxed art piece as she is an artist herself. Maisie loved my visits as I showered her with her favorite treats

Recently, I purchased a doormat and paid $70 when I received it it was not worth $70. I had written for the days customer service and told them of my disappointment. They immediately responded and I am willing to give me half of my purchase price which I feel is very fair. I definitely will order from them again due to their customer service.

I did have an issue where the discount didn't show up on my total after I purchased, but I emailed the company and they immediately refunded me the discount. Very quick and responsive. Thanks!
