Very happy with my Furlan Marri watch. The quality is excellent, the packaging was good, delivery was on time, and the customer service was very helpful. So the watch itself is fantastic, beautifully designed. However, the strap is not matching the quality of the watch in terms of materials. Also, while communication with the company was good. It wasn't perfect. If we didn't ask nobody will tell us what is going on and also the shipment delay wasn't communicated until we asked

Excellent build quality and finishing
Excellent build quality and finishing, great customer service, and most importantly, beautiful watch designs at a very reasonable price.
One suggestion: it would be great if the website offered a “Design Your Watch” feature, allowing customers to preview and customize different straps and leather options with each watch, similar to established luxury watch brands.
