My second FM
This is the second watch I buy from Furlan Marri. The first I bought personally at the boutique in Geneva and the second one was bought online. Both experiences were amazing. The finishing of these watches are amazing and all my friends love the design.

Bought Meteorite Watch Limited Edition
Bought the limited edition Meteorite watch. Had to give the order three months in advance. Was given delivery exactly as per commitment. Great watch, great courier service by FedEx including custom clearance and fees, total value for money watch, and great timeline commitment by company.
After a week of use, Wanted to buy more straps in Black and Ebene color but found medium or large size sold out. So just work on that. Loyal customers being happy with watch want to play with strap colors and size.

The limited edition meteorite dial…
The limited edition meteorite dial mechaquartz is my second Furlan Marri and is full of exceptional details, especially for the price. There is so much depth to the dial and the meteorite itself is spectacular. The unboxing experience is great, coming with a travel box. Finally, the customer support is responsive and kind and the delivery was very fast. Really happy to be on this journey with Furlan Marri as they grow!

I wonder if it gets any better from a micro-brand of today?
Excellent products - both those made in the Switzerland (Sector) and those shipped from the Far East (Sabbia Rosa).
I was slightly taken aback by the fairly high degree of rigidity demonstrated by the administrative part of the company in CH when approached to assist in some simple and well established elements of importation into the country of destination. Nothing untoward or, God forbid, totally and entirely legal. But, I assume that is how it is with the, predominantly digital and increasingly humanly alienated manner of business young firms (and people) run nowadays.
Most importantly, Furlan Marri timepieces (both mechanical and mechaquartz) are brilliant and, for me, definitely one of the 5 leading micro-brands I have encountered after almost half a century of horological life at the very pinnacle of most bespoke and "haute horologerie". Kudos.

We’re sorry for the frustration, but in this case, there is an important point to clarify.
You placed your order with a delivery address in Switzerland, and we fulfilled the order and delivered it to Switzerland. The Swiss taxes and fees applied to that shipment were therefore the ones associated with the destination you provided.
If you subsequently decided to reship the watch from Switzerland to Dubai, the additional $50 in shipping or local charges is unfortunately outside of our responsibility, as Dubai was not the delivery address provided when you placed the order.
Our watches are shipped from Hong Kong for logistical reasons, as our movements come from Japan and this setup allows us to optimize our international logistics for Mechaquartz watches.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible about shipping and taxes, and we appreciate your feedback.

Customs Might Delay
From my perspective, Furlan Marri did everything right. However our watch did get caught up in Customs. You need to fill out paperwork which was a bit confusing since I hadn't done it before. It would be good if Furlan Marri sent an example of what to put into customs paperwork in order to move along delivery.
