Great and fast customer service

The customer service is very responsive, supportive and solution-oriented.

That said, I received my lenses shortly after placing the order; the shipping process was smooth and fast. Unfortunately, I did not chose to keep the lenses (due to my own personal taste not to inferior quality) and the team helped me to process the return timely and satisfactory.

Thanks for making this easy

The lenses are legit

The lenses are legit, the color from the picture is slightly deceiving, I ordered an all pink lens and they came with a lot of blue and yellow on the sides, but still pink, but the customer service was really great and helpful and understanding which i appreciate!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We’re sorry the mirrored pink lens looked different from what you expected. Mirrored coatings can reflect different tones under changing light and viewing angles, which may create blue, yellow, or other color shifts while still maintaining the overall pink appearance. We understand this may not have been clear enough from our product images.

At the same time, we truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words about our customer service. Customer experience is very important to us.

Your feedback helps us improve, and we’ll continue working on making our product photos and descriptions more accurate so customers know what to expect before ordering.

Thank you again for your support.
