Our first, and our only, order from this company. Product shipped slowly, in a lightweight bag that was partially torn up before it arrived. Ordered Donald Duck pattern crocs for our daughter but they shipped Rolling Stones pattern - no attention to details. Sent a request for customer service, and immediately replied with photos they requested ASAP. Since then - silence, for weeks. Ordered in October, and it's now less than 3 weeks to Christmas, and I've wasted my time & my money for nothing. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

My grandson loved the Mookie Bets crocs and begged for a pair. I ordered them without checking reviews (which aren’t available on their website).
Huge mistake. They took almost 3 weeks to arrive(not mentioned at the point of check out). I emailed to ask about arrival date and waited 2 days for a reply.
More disappointment when they did arrive. Poor quality. Material is nothing like real Crocs. Doubt they would last long but I’ll never know. They were too small. I ordered a size 37 so he could have some growing room. They are marked 37 but he couldn’t get his foot into them.
Emailed them again. I offered to return them. Waited a couple days for a reply. They refused because they were “a custom order.” True, they could be customized but I did not add customizations. Sent another email. No reply. Contacted my credit card to stop payment. Emailed them again with the update about stopped payment. They replied quickly. But still didn’t answer my question. They offered to send another pair for an additional $15. I will not throw more money away.
I would strongly suggest not supporting this business. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself some money and a lot of frustration.

I ordered crocs for my grandson who loves Trea Turner and They spelled his name wrong. I have tried at least 10 times to email with no response. These shoes cost $47 which is ridiculous. Do not recommend you ordering from them.

I ordered my crocs in time to arrive for Christmas. It was a gift for my dad and great nephew. It was embarrassing explaining why I didn't have their gifts. I assumed the order would come the day after. It's now December 28th. No gifts and no response from the company. I have texted, called, and emailed at least 3 or 4 times. My next move is to notify PayPal for a full refund if I'm not contacted today.

I ordered an EU 44 which is what wear in everything, i have other crocs that are EU 44 and they're great. My right foot is slightly smaller than the left and my left fits a 44 nicely while my right there's some room which I live with.

funnycrocs.com don't follow EU sizes at all despite printing the EU size on the bottom, even my right foot is pressed up against the toe of the croc so they're completely useless to me.

Unfortunately funnycrocs also refused to rectify this and replace the crocs, they did offer me a 50% discount but personal I don't want to give any more money to a company that won't rectify just dumb foot sizing that doesn't exist anywhere else I've ever encountered.

Instead they sent me a guide telling me to put a pair of big socks on, get in the crocs and start blasting them with a heat gun. just ridiculous advice. fix your shoe sizes.

Delivery is also 3/4 weeks which is pretty wild but I would have accepted it if I got an EU 44 as the design was really cool

Super cute. I love them so much!! Just wish shipping didn't take so long. They were three days past the date they were supposed to arrive, but honestly, I love them so much. I'm just thankful they're finally here!
