> Even if they give you a free account, don't waste your valuable time with them. They are 100% scammers. Once you apply for a payout, they will come up with different excuses but won't pay you. They will give you everything except the payout you rightfully earned. You can still choose to work with these scammers if you want.

I applied for a payout on June 9, and today is June 17, yet they still haven't paid me. They have failed to demonstrate any honesty or professionalism, and they have not provided any proper response regarding my payout request.

My account numbers are 591710729 and 591704636. Please check the status of my payout requests and provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Dear Fundifys Support Team,

I am writing to formally request the immediate activation of my funded account. I have successfully met all passing requirements for the evaluation phase on Account ID: 1048367.

Currently, the KYC verification portal has not opened or is failing to process my verification, preventing me from accessing my funded credentials.

I have already logged a formal complaint regarding this matter on Trustpilot. Please escalate this ticket to your compliance and risk management teams to manually trigger my KYC link or override the verification verification using my attached documents.

I look forward to your prompt confirmation that my funded account is being processed.

Este es mi tercer comentario sobre esta empresa.
El primero le di 5 estrellas por que tienen un soporte super rápido, mi segundo comentario fue de baja calificación, por que su panel en su página tiene a cometer errores técnicos lo cual no da esa seguridad de las operaciones colocadas y cerradas, es preciso aclarar que hasta este punto me fue solucionado...
En este último comentario bajo la calificación por que ya he pasado un challange sin incumplir una regla y actualmente no me han entregado mis credenciales de acceso a la cuenta donde pase dicho challange, llevo actualmente 6 días solicitando respuesta efectiva y aún me informan que mi caso lo tiene soporte...
Esperemos que algún representante responda este mensaje como lo hicieron rápidamente al difundir mi primer comentario en donde los califique con 5 estrellas...
Todo lo que me suceda en esta empresa lo expondré en mis comentarios acordé a sus actuaciones excelentes, buenas, regulares o malas...

Unfair game!

New kid on the block. Easy purchase . Website well structured. Reasonable rules. Everything appears fine until we reach the payout stage.

Pending status though they claim that payout is between 48 to 72 hours  .

Submitted payout on June 9 so I stopped trading altogether until they settle the payout and reset account.

On June 10 and 11, I started to see "ghost trades" appearing on my trade history. And I don't even trade these pairs!!! Average loss of 300USD per day for 2 straight days. Sent emergency email to Support and was told that the trades are irreversible as they are recorded on platform. Indirect way of  telling me that I have to absorb the losses. That was on June 10.

I took the tab of the 300USD loss on the first day and highlighted that I will not be liable for future losses. It's my usual practice not to trade the account when I call for a payout. Then the same thing happened on the second day! Another Two trades were initiated resulting in another 300USD meltdown. I emailed them and told them to approve and send payout as the ghost trades are literally chewing on my account profits everyday. 

Strangely, they never even breathe a word about payout whenever I email them. But they are quick to point out that there are no issues on their technical  ends when it comes to those trades NOT executed by me. So what am I supposed to think?! Until I see a payout and issue sorted out, this review stays here.

Fundifys, traders deserve transparency and you fulfilling the side of your bargain. Be a sport! Play a fair game and stick to your promises.

Here is a review from Fundifys stopping me from getting a payout:

Thank you for completing your evaluation phase. After a detailed review of your trading history on account #591670297, we regret to inform you that your account has not passed the evaluation due to the following violations of our trading rules:

1. Minimum Trade Duration Violation
Multiple trades (GBPUSD and EURUSD positions executed on 2026.06.11)
were held for durations significantly below the required minimum
holding time of 2 minutes and 20 seconds (140 seconds), with several
trades closed within 4-48 seconds of opening.

2. Maximum Concurrent Trades Per Pair/Direction Violation
On 2026.06.11 at approximately 22:10:29-22:10:37, three simultaneous
buy positions were opened on EURUSD, exceeding the maximum of two
open trades permitted in the same currency pair and direction at a
single time.

Account Summary:
- Starting Balance: $100,000.00
- Closing Balance: $102,463.74
- Net Profit: $2,463.74

My first payout request totals 3156.50. After I requested a payout on June 9, the ghost trades started to compromise my account with an average loss of 300USD per day for 2 days on June 10 and 11. Now they reviewed my account and rejected paying me saying that I breached the account citing the above reasons.

As I have reiterated to them, I only trade XAUUSD and I DON'T scalp.

1. So how can there be positions opened on GBPUSD and EURUSD in my account?!?!?! I DON'T trade them!

2. I put TP and SL for all positions. So no way will I scalp. These positions do not have TP and SL in all of them!

3. When I request payout on June 9, why is my account not frozen or disabled to facilitate the payout review and process?!

4. When i highlighted that profits are being chewed off by these ghost trades, why did they not respond and assist?

5. I run the journal log on my account and there are no traces of me logging in to execute those losing trades. Obviously something external has streamed into my account and executed those losses.

6. Lastly, trading is disabled when a payout request is sent to a prop firm. And it is an industry practice to do so. Every prop firm I have worked with follow this protocol! Fundifys comes up with excuses in regards to this. In my mind, the account is already temporarily closed when I request payout on June 9, will I jeopardise this payout and execute trades on subsequent days?!

If Fundifys is just out to collect money and think that this business is a walk in the park , then prop firm business is not for them. If they are not game for profitable traders or have cash flow liquidity, they shouldn't have taken the first step on this business! And if I have the option to give them NO/ NEGATIVE STAR here, I would do so for sure!

Fellow traders, avoid this firm at all costs. DON'T BUY FROM THIS FIRM! Take your time, efforts and money elsewhere.

Fundifys, it's no point making a defensive stand with a honest customer. I conduct myself with integrity and honesty; and will not admit to something that I did not do; and be penalized for it.

I am not new in working with prop firms and a profitable trader. And this whole experience with you is a total disappointment!

There was no IP change, no login anomaly, and no indication of account compromise or hacking
Order execution timestamps confirm that trades were initiated from an active session on your account
Our system does not generate or place trades automatically on client accounts without authenticated access

Regarding the rule violations mentioned in your report:

Minimum trade duration and concurrent position limits are automatically monitored by our risk engine
The recorded executions clearly fall within those monitored parameters

We understand your concerns regarding profitability and payout expectations. However, all evaluations and decisions are strictly based on verified trading data and system logs, not on profit outcomes.

Based on our investigation, the account activity is consistent with user-initiated trading, and no evidence of unauthorized activity was found.

Titre : Analyse complète de mon expérience avec Fundifys — faits, preuves et incohérences

Bonjour,

Je publie ce message afin de partager mon expérience complète avec Fundifys concernant mes deux comptes Instant Pro (#591665250 et #591648325), ainsi que les éléments factuels qui m’ont été fournis par leur support et leur équipe de conformité.

Mon objectif est simple : présenter les faits tels qu’ils se sont produits, avec les preuves à l’appui, afin d’informer clairement les autres traders.

1. Le support m’a confirmé à plusieurs reprises :
que le compte Instant Pro n’est pas une période d’essai,

que mes profits étaient retirables après 14 jours,

que mes comptes étaient conformes,

que les vérifications nécessaires avaient déjà été complétées,

que la mention “non transférable” ne concernait que le passage au Live Funded,

et que ma demande de retrait suivrait la procédure normale.

J’ai conservé tous les messages, datés et horodatés.

2. Le rapport de “FAIL” contient plusieurs erreurs factuelles majeures
Erreur #1 : Date incorrecte du “weekend trading”
Les deux rapports affirment que j’ai tradé le dimanche 18 mai 2026.

Or :

le 18 mai 2026 est un lundi,

le marché était ouvert,

et MT5 ne permet techniquement pas d’exécuter une position tant que le marché est fermé.

Depuis le Québec (EDT) :

le marché ferme le vendredi à 17h,

et rouvre le dimanche à 17h.

Il est impossible d’ouvrir une position avant l’ouverture.
J’ai les captures MT5 qui le prouvent.

Erreur #2 : Application d’une règle non documentée
Les rapports mentionnent une règle de minimum holding time de 2 minutes 20 secondes.

Cette règle :

n’apparaît dans aucun document officiel du programme Instant Pro,

ne m’a jamais été communiquée,

n’a jamais été mentionnée par le support,

et ne figure pas dans les conditions que j’ai acceptées.

Pourtant, elle est utilisée comme motif de disqualification.

3. Contradictions internes entre le support et la conformité
Le support m’a confirmé :

que mes comptes étaient valides,

que mes profits étaient retirables,

que les vérifications étaient déjà complétées,

et que ma demande de retrait était en cours de traitement.

Quelques heures plus tard, la conformité m’envoie deux rapports de “FAIL” qui contredisent intégralement ces affirmations.

4. Conclusion
Je publie ces informations pour que les traders puissent :

voir les preuves,

analyser les incohérences,

comprendre les contradictions entre le support et la conformité,

et se faire leur propre opinion.

Je mets à disposition :

les captures MT5,

les messages du support,

les rapports de conformité,

les preuves horaires d’ouverture du marché,

et les contradictions écrites.

Je continuerai à partager ces éléments sur les plateformes publiques utilisées par les traders (Trustpilot, Reddit, Discords, forums spécialisés), afin que chacun puisse évaluer la situation en toute transparence.

the firm is preety new

the firm is preety new, i havent seen any CEO or public person speaking, i havent seen payouts, they say there from the US, i havent seen no utube video reacting to this firm, because i read there rules and its super flexable, so that would have send traders in a frenzy, i would like to see some public figure or something else to know that this isnt a scam firm, i am checking with freind thats in newyork if there ever heard of this firm,i think they say there HQ is there.. but will give an update soon.

Support good and fair service

I had experienced with this firm a month ago and I had a great experience I face an issue during my challenge I contact their support their support answer on the mean time ⌚. After funded I applied for payout and they approved my payout within 24 hours.
