The support system left a bitter taste on mouth, it Been 4 days since I passed my final 2nd phase account. The documents I sent several times has the status saying pending since. I've sent countless messages from emails, creating a tickets on their website and discord admin to assist with what wrong no response. They have disabled their what app as well so there is no communication at all.

I keep sending documents differently, and at this point I'm not sure what to do. It an 100k account which was easy to purchase and as usual getting your VERIFICATION is a hustle. I had high hopes for this prop firm I guess it back to comit capital

This company is one of the most dishonest and pathetic prop firms I have ever dealt with. My $10,000 payout was APPROVED, and for almost three full months they kept dragging me along with useless excuses like “the finance team is checking” and “we are following up.” No answers, no Updates but lies to buy time. Then out of nowhere, after keeping my money hostage for months, they came back with the most ridiculous, fabricated excuse from their “Compliance Team.” According to them, my perfectly normal intraday trading suddenly violated some vague clause. Absolute nonsense. They waited until it was time to actually PAY me to magically “discover” an issue.

They cancelled my trades, voided my payout, and even shut down my account, all AFTER approving the withdrawal. This is not risk management. This is straight-up theft dressed up in legal jargon.

TAKE IT FROM ME DEAR TRADER:

These people don’t pay profitable traders. They delay, stall, lie, and then invent a compliance excuse to keep your MONEY. This company is a complete scam, hiding behind fake policies and robotic email templates. Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the wasted time. Stay FAR away. They WILL NOT pay you.

It's sad that I decided to work with these guys based of the recommendations of one the most profitable traders in SA — Prof Caleb ealier this year. What a waste of time and resources that was. And what a shame tanishing people's Brand and image behind a rediculous Scam.

At this rate just close this nonesence you call a PROP FIRM because you all are a disgrace. You will never grow from someone else's turmoil. (Safe advice)

I originally paid for a funded account that I never received. That is where the issues began. Shortly after, the company went through a merge involving new management led by Nathan. From that point, refunds and communication started becoming a problem.

My refund was dragged out for months with excuses and delays. Every time I asked, a new story appeared. I was even offered a refund multiple times, yet nothing was actually processed.

After delaying the refund, Nathan (who was the CEO at the time) personally offered me a new deal:
a 100K funded account plus my full refund. I have proof of this offer and agreement.

However, what actually happened is the opposite.
I only received the 100K funded account.
I never received the refund that I was promised.

To make matters worse, someone who does not work for the company was given access to my Funded Marketplace account details, including my CRM information. I was ignored multiple times when I questioned this, and my payment continued to be delayed without any valid reason. Other clients’ CRM screenshots were shown to me, which is unprofessional and a privacy risk.

The trading conditions are also extremely poor. Funded Marketplaces advertise cheap access to capital, but the spreads on their accounts are significantly worse than normal regulated brokers. This means trading costs are higher, stop losses are hit quicker, and profit targets require unnecessary price movement. These conditions make it harder for traders to stay funded, which financially benefits the company.

The result:
I paid for a funded account I never received, my refund was never paid, and I was only given a 100K account that was supposed to be in addition to my refund, not instead of it. The company delayed payments, ignored messages, allowed unauthorized access, and presented misleading trading conditions.

Great customer support, always respond to your emails or tickets on time. The only con I have would be the trading conditions (too much commissions) you make profit of R1,300 and with commission deductions you end up with R770 as your profit 😓

Everything is transparent, system is always up to date no complain

I was banned unfairly. They closed two of my funded accounts one with 80k profits just before my withdrawal date.

Stay away they are clearly struggling financially. Just look at the amount of discounts promocodes they running.

Shame on JP Markets for partnering with these scammers.

My experience with Funded Market Place has been disappointing. In my view, the trading conditions are far from competitive. The spreads I encountered were much wider than I expected, and the commissions were shocking — at times feeling 200x more than what I’ve seen with other brokers. Isn’t that insane?

What bothered me most was the lack of clear transparency. Some important details were either not fully explained or not obvious in their terms and conditions. This left me feeling misled, as certain costs and rules only became clear after I had already signed up.

Another concern I had is that they seem to only fund certain individuals, which made me wonder what criteria they’re actually using. To me, this feels strange and gives the impression that the program is more of a money-making scheme than a genuine opportunity for traders.

Overall, the whole experience left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I decided to intentionally blow my account rather than continue under those conditions. No wonder their challenges are so cheap — it all makes sense now.

For me personally, this has not been a positive experience, and if I were you, I would stay away from them. At the very least, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering them does very careful research, asks for written clarifications where needed, and fully understands all the costs and requirements before moving forward.

I got my first payout, amazing experience with this company.

Everything was good until the kyc. They don’t allow scanned documents and certain banks don’t allow you to download latest bank statements.

Rules weren't followed well on my opinion as I didn't lose their 5% funded but lost my own profit.now they want me to start afresh...nah it's better I trade for myself make my profits alone

firstly you cannot call them because they respond through their wapsite, emails or whatsapp which can take long to get a response.

secondly I chose vaultmarket as my broker but i received a server that isnt supported by the vaultmarkets, basically my challenge shows on my portal but I cannot trade it on any mt5 platform.

Very bad service I passed the challenges when I had to verify it doesn't want so don't try using this prop firm it is very bad...I've been seeking help in WhatsApp they are very ignorant the only thing they do is blue ticking my masseges

I've just placed a Withdrawal on the Prop Firm let's see how long it takes for them to Pay

I passed phase 2 last week Tuesday,and my account is still not upgraded to phase 3.I have been contacting with them through their website and email support system.And all they've been doing is making empty promises,e.g on monday 23/12/2024 i sent them an email they said they will upgrade it and on friday i sent them an email requesting to upgrade they said that they will do it that day.But believe me when i tell you that 2 weeks has passed with no light!

The assistance they gave me was impeccable and reliable, also all my questions were answered.

nahh.... don't do business with this prop firm the comission is crazy..... stay away from SA prop firms and brokers
