Awful prop-firm.
When this prop-firm just opened, it was one of the best on the whole market. Now, after huge amounts of declined payouts, new rules which are made to decline ANY payout, banning users for bad reviews, delaying payouts for 2+ weeks, everyday discounts and these are only tiny part of problems. If you would like to buy account in prop-firm, please find a more trusted firm for that, like ftmo.

I do not recommend people to get accounts here.

Following advice, I got two accounts here and brought them to live status.

I took my first live account to a 16% profit and requested a payout.
At the same time, I was doing another challenge.
Here’s what happened:

I opened a trade on the challenge account and closed it with a profit.
A minute later, I opened a trade on my live account.
The fact is, at no point did I have two trades open simultaneously.

However, the company claimed this was copy trading and that I should have waited 30 minutes between trades (they later removed this rule).

That’s how I lost my first payout of $10,000.

Today, my second payout was denied.
The rules stated that I could use up to 50% of my margin.
I used 40-45%, staying within the limit.
Yet, my payout was denied because they said I was trading aggressively.

I expected to receive my payout and then get a warning or a reduction in my leverage.

A terrible company that offers discounts almost every day to lure in and deceive customers. Hidden rules—if you ask support about them, they deny everything. To get the real details, you have to dig even deeper and request the risk department's email, where, if you're lucky, you'll get a response within a week, but usually, it takes up to two weeks. The rules are absolutely awful, cutting 100% of traders' profits—not just on live accounts but also on challenges. They refuse to make any concessions; it's clear that the company operates against its clients, despite the CEO promising something completely different.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They blocked my account without any reason and refused to process my payment. I never violated their rules, yet they suddenly restricted my access. When I reached out to their support to find out what happened, they completely ignored my concerns and then blocked me altogether.

Rules and risk management. No one will give you a detailed trading regulation, because then everything will be in the palm of your hand and there will be many times fewer cases of violation. It is beneficial to have hidden rules that you can appeal to your side. As for margin, all trades with 40% + margin are almost like sanctions. Although if you have a trade with a lower margin threshold, but with a large profit (6% with a risk of 1%) - the company will also notice it as gambling

I bought this prop to support a Ukrainian product, and it was my big mistake, I had to choose a prop based on solvency and clear rules, they didn't pay me 7 thousand dollars. I didn't break any of their rules. They just didn't want to pay me, blocked the funded account and offered me to go through the challenge again. And there are a lot of such stories. Rude attitude towards clients, blocking accounts, blocking users from Discord if they write a negative review, canceling payments even if there are no violations. People have been waiting for payment for more than a month, they are not paid.

Я мав лайв ак на 200 тисяч з листопада місяця. За цей період я отримав три виплати. У січні місяця я зробив до балансу +20 тисяч, дотримуючись правил маржі 50%, звичайно ж ставлячи стопи і тейк профіти, не торгуючи в фоні новин і дотримуючись своєї стратегії. 12-го лютого я подав заявку на виплату, тому що пройшло рівно через два тижні після моєї першої угоди після останньої виплати. Протягом трьох днів «як пишеться в правилах даної проп фірми» я не отримав жодної відповіді за мою виплату або вона розглянута, а лише 17 лютого офіційно була новина за перенесення виплат всім трейдерам даної фірми у зв'язку зі зміною мережі переказів. Я подав як і всю повторну заявку на виплату, і знову протягом трьох днів не отримав жодної відповіді (хоча особисто СЕО цієї фірми сказав, що до кінця тижня будуть виплачені всім виплати). Через наступний тиждень не було не виплати, не відповіді від ризику департаменту, не конкретного рішення. І лише 11 лютого мені надійшло повідомлення від ризику департаменту про скасування виплати, порушення правил та блокування мого лайву акаунту. Відразу після цього я відповів їм зі своїми доказами та всіма угодами, які не порушували правила січня місяця. Через якийсь час вони дали мені негативну відповідь, знову посилаючись на якісь зміни до правил.

Their so-called CEO said that this prop would be the killer of the FundingPips company, but in the end we see that all the insults towards other companies were absolutely inappropriate, Masters changes the rules on the fly, they do everything possible to accuse their trader of gambling addiction, or of neglecting risk management, based on constant problems with the terminal, with payment problems and colossal problems in order to prove their case regarding their payment, and the company will also make you wait for your earned money for several weeks, which can be devoted to trading, I do not see any logical reason to bite off your earned money from them, when even if there is a problem in another prop, your payment will remain with you in any case

They Delay Payments! A Prop Firm with a Shady Reputation

I have been working with Fundead Masters and submitted a withdrawal request on 17.02.2025. According to their rules, payments should be processed within 3 business days, but it has now been 11 days, and I still haven’t received my funds.

And I’m not the only one – many traders have been waiting 20-30 days for their payouts. The company refuses to give clear deadlines and keeps telling people to “just wait.” Their support is completely incompetent – they either ignore questions or give vague, meaningless responses.

It really feels like the company is experiencing financial issues or deliberately delaying payments. There is no official statement, no transparency, and no real effort to fix the situation. This is highly unprofessional for a prop firm that claims to be a reliable partner for traders.

If this continues, Fundead Masters risks losing the trust of the trading community and damaging its reputation beyond repair.

Traders, be careful! If your payment is delayed, speak up, leave reviews, and share your experience.

Payouts are constantly delayed for 10 days+ for no reason (I have got my second payout delayed with 5+ payouts in total)

Support works pretty fine but not in issues regarding payouts, trading terminal is 6/10, there are some bugs and sometimes it's not convenient to use it on mobile.

Spreads and other things are ok.

Prop firm actually pays and that's what matters.
Payments are really processed with delays, but at least they are processed.

UPD (2024-03-13):
Forget about it. They rejected 2 of my payouts. Rejection is not based on ANY of their rules.
Definitely won't recommend until they consider it as a mistake.

Payouts are delayed for weeks, but the founder gets a new $300K+ car every week. The terminal is terrible. Support is awful. Constant discounts like in a budget prop firm. I don't recommend this scam.

traded with them, only because of their media CEO and hoped for honest words that he said about his firm, namely about customer focus. As it turned out, in fact, there is no customer focus in this firm. They closed my account when I opened a deal and closed it at minus 3% with a daily allowed drawdown of 5%. I was told that my trade was closed by spread and therefore it is not 3% as it is written everywhere including the personal terminal of this company, but 6%. They refuse to refer to open sources that they themselves provide to their clients and simply withdraw from dialogs in technical support.
If you expect a loyal attitude to yourself in this prop firm - forget it. Even in a situation where you are not to blame - you will be to blame.
If you want adequate work of the terminal - also bypass, because it writes -3%, but as it turns out in fact -6%.
The choice is yours, but if you are reading this in 2025 I do not recommend this company. It's hard to call it a company.
