On January 10th 2025 I ordered a 360 rotary cell phone holder I never received it I contacted them three times
and they never responded it cost $50.00 US. These people are thieves and I will be reporting them also I an spreading there practices on all media platforms.

Same as the rest its a scam company. I should have looked up reviews first.

I recently placed an order with Fullofcarts. I payed for my order in advance. Five days later I sent them an email inquiring why my order has not been shipped ? Three days later i get a response informing me that they are not shipping any orders out at this time. They state that they possibly will ship it to me in another 10 days. They don't ask if you want a refund or anything. This company is a complete fraud and is robbing customers out of their money. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I purchased translator headphones. The shipping takes forever. I have emailed and have not received a response from customer service. They say my item was delivered. I have not received my product. The delivery tracking is shady and I hate that it takes a long time to track my item due to all the pop ups of buying items and coupons etc.

Never received the item, and if Shop is going to vouch for this company shop, should give me my money back full of shit

I have recommended it to many friends as well!

NEVER received items. Contact multiple times and was told they were enroute, then suddenly that they had been delivered 2 weeks ago?!

ZERO Customer support.
TOTALLY Fraudulent company... DO NOT USE!!!!!!

They took my money and didn't deliver the product.They didn't respond to my inquiry!!!Not good way to do business.

buyer beware, i bought some of this junk from this company, and it took forever to get here, and it wasn't as advertised, don't bur their junk

I got my order I spoke to a Representative and he was very polite and helpful I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Do not order from FULLOFSHIT the cameras don’t work, you can’t return anything, I’ve sent over 2 dozen emails with no response!!! Horrible experience from start to finish SCAM BEWARE

I finally got a response from Customer Service and they are working diligently to him, fulfill my request and address my concerns. They are a real company. The products do come as described. They just have a complicated process to receive a refund. I will change my review accordingly thanks again, full of carts.

I bought out of the ear earbuds and they can't work without an app. That Chinesse App requires access to all your messages, text, vocal, pictures.... this is modern day espionnage and I don't want to go through an app in order to active my earbuds and then play music throught another app. Piece of crap for the trash.

Do not respond to a pop up ad. This companyd isplays things that are not like what they send. They also do not respond to emails despite two requests for returns. I will be sending their return policy, email copies of my requests to my bank to dispute the charge. Wish I had checked for reviews first.

More than 40 says and the package never arrived… I have tried to contact them twice requesting about my order and I received an email saying the package would arrive soon and they never responded my email again. It’s a long time to wait for the package…

I seen a pop-up ad and maybe that's where I went wrong. The ad was for a giant sized gnome advent calendar. My mom loves gnomes so I had to get it for her. She received a small holiday advent calendar with zero gnomes. On the confirmation and receipt it specifically says gnome advent calendar, so I'm unsure why she received something so different. It came before December, but it still wasn't what I ordered. When I checked back on the site the calendar was not even available anymore like they never even sold it to begin with. 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I checked the reviews. Too many bad ones.
I’ll stay with Wish. I’ll never buy from full of cart.

They advertise a "computer stand" showing a full size stand beside a cup of coffee for scale. I received a small stand appropriate for a tablet NOT a laptop. This is a scam.

Ordered and received mini kinetic heater, doesn't work. Emailed Fullofcarts for refund, no response
