I had a satisfactory experience with Full Metal Finance. They were efficient and professional overall, though not exceptional. Louis was helpful and responsive, and the process was straightforward. While I appreciated the quick turnaround on my initial quote, there’s room for improvement in terms of personalization and service depth. Decent, but not outstanding.

Stress free and professional
I dealt direct with Grant from start to finish on my finance journey. He remained in contact regularly and kept me updated with any progress throughout. He ironed through any issues professionally and made the process as quick as possible. He remained in contact direct with the garage during the process and made the experience stress free.
