Legal advice on divorce proceedings
Had a 1 hour consulation with Kerry Read regarding the divorce process. Kerry is knowledgable and clearly explained the procedure, options and timeline of the process. She was also reassuring, advising that should I need to go over any points she would be available to clarify.

• “Kind and Clear Guidance During a Difficult Time”
I recently spoke with Antonio, who took the time to clearly explain the entire process of getting divorced from start to finish. He was patient, professional, and very understanding. After our conversation, I felt much more informed about my options and, after reflecting, I’ve decided to try harder to keep my family together.
Even though I’ve chosen not to proceed with a divorce at this stage, I truly appreciate the clarity and compassion Antonio showed. If I ever need support with family matters in the future, I will definitely contact him again.

Distress Levels
I believe this company is highly effective when representing their clients, but from my personal experience, being on the other side has been extremely challenging. I have felt bullied and treated unfairly, particularly by one solicitor. This experience has been very distressing and has left me depressed and I wouldn’t wish this company on anyone.

Unprofessional & Incompetent - Stay clear of this law firm!!!
Having received assurances from Fullers Family Law on speedy and timely review of my case which was urgent with time to launch appeal running out. I signed up with Fullers and paid upfront in good faith. Fullers took over two weeks to even look at the case after the company took payment even though I'd said it was urgent, so I lost the chance to appeal. I paid them over £12,000 with no hearings except a cancelled one and despite indications I couldn't afford it and needed to wait for the next stage they kept passing the file around the team and billing for reading it, and offering to send out letters which they could bill for. They did nothing useful. We are in dispute over the last £1300 which I did not order, produced nothing and I had specifically asked them to stop work on it till a report arrived. Also their T&Cs state they wouldn't do the work if you were not in credit. So a very painful experience with zero return.
So in reality Fullers deserves zero star but I am limited as site only allow a minimum of 1 star.

Fullers would quote for things then bill a lot more.
